Jimmy any chance you'd add Ghost in the Shell (S.A.C) S1/S2 + SSS movie eventually? There are many time lines and iterations of the GITS universe but the two seasons of tv show + the finale movie is basically the best version of this story line (and we're not going to mention the atrocity that was the latest one on Netflix). It is however highly cyber punk / political action style which might be a bit too serious if you're not into that genre.

Look, I love clone wars as much as the next sane person, but if you’re not voting for MHA, please see a doctor. He dropped it before the best episode of the series so far, and while S5 is a little slow to start, the second half is adapting arguably the best arc from the manga.

Naturally Ahsoka and Anakin; if you plan to watch Mandalorian and Ahsoka’s shows, it’s not gonna be impactful without history.... besides, it’s one of the most well done, cohesive, grounded and emotional story arcs — regardless of animation or live action. If you want to do a shortened ep list, I can make one for you. You DEF don’t need to see all of it!!! :) 💕

Plus If I recall correctly, Jimmy really enjoyed other slower parts of the show like the license arc and training arc. So I'm sure he'll continue to enjoy the newest arc

How deep into Star Wars are you planning on going? If you watch Clone Wars, you almost force yourself to keep going with Rebels, and Bad Batch, and whatever new live actions shows follow the Mandalorian. Especially the Ahsoka and Obi-Wan shows.
