tbh i think most of it is Jimmy's AC & the rest sounds like the (VERY good?) new mic picking up EVERYTHING else. if Jimmy puts his drink down, brushes his clothes, scratches, movements, all come through on headphones. it's probably a sign he's spent a LOT on his mic and that it's pretty, pretty, pretty good.

Definitely agree that the new audio set up needs some work. The difference between the show audio and the ASMR from noises in the room is pretty bad. Solid reaction otherwise. I'm enjoying each episode while the excitement for Jack v. Hannibal keeps growing in the back of my mind.

It is part of Hannibal’s genius to engineer situations where he is really quite happy with any outcome. It’s reminiscent of The Dice Man, explicitly so when he saves Bella.

I really don’t get that vibe, in this episode Will seems almost incapable of containing his contempt for Hannibal. What I get from it is Will isn’t asking how many people Hannibal has slept with, it’s how many people he has raped.
