I respect any opinion that Berserk is better, because in my mind, they are close enough to be debated. But Demon Slayer is rated more highly through public rankings online, thats a fact.

All of them lol at some point. To start I'd say Berserk. One of the all time greats, can't go wrong. Demon Slayer is still current, in between seasons/movies. Would be a good catch up show later. Code Geass and Steins;Gate are still worth watching imo, fantastic protagonists, and 2 very different animes from what you've seen.
