The plan was always to end in 4 seasons, so it's not like the runners were ambushed. Not sure if some of the writing staff moved on to different projects, but I do agree this seasons is the "least" like the previous ones. The tones just shifted ever so slightly to make it like a different show. That said, I think it's just because the previous season was so excellent (like the transition of The Expanse from S3 to S4). It's not that this season is bad, it's just not on the same pacing as S3. Don't forget about "Warrior" which is definitely worth checking out from the same people of Banshee. Job, Colonel Terminator are both in it as well.

Hang in there with all the S4 set up, they pull it all together nicely. I know some were unhappy with the tone shift, but I think it's as good as any other season...S3 being peak Banshee though. I ended up really enjoying this final season. Thanks guys :)
