Alright, so you all were pretty much 4 for 4. The Prestige, Fury Road, The Raid, and Parasite were all splendid. (My two choice... um... they were fun lol)

Snatch, which tied with Parasite is up next.

So that leaves three spots open... suggestions?

I imagine we'll be getting those splendid reactions? 😀 Id also suggest collateral, black hawk down or running scared

1917 or what we do in the shadows

1917 is a good choice! I’m having a hard time thinking of good movies. 🤔

Shaun of the Dead?

Burning, The Invitation, and Blue Ruin are all great thrillers

The Proposition

Michael

Contagion would be topical. I feel obligated to suggest two of my favorite movies: Master & Commander: The Far Side of the World The Crow

Michael

If Jimmy hasn't seen the whole Cornetto Trilogy, they should all eventually be voted in, in my opinion =)

Michael

Oh! And Speed Racer.

Anonymous

Lock, Stock, & 2 Smoking Barrels (assuming you like Snatch)

Krieger

Raimi Spiderman movies?

Krieger

seen all the new bond movies? Starting with Casino Royale?

Anonymous

I haven't seen the first two so I can't comment on them, but Blue Ruin was great.

Lord of War War Dogs 28 days later Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas

Predestination is a GREAT time-travel movie with fantastic acting I think you would love. Also Moon is another great sci-fi flick. Not many people have seen them so it prolly wont make the list but you should DEFINITELY watch Predestination either way cause its a must-see!!

Robert Kruger

Let the Right One In Ex Machina Touching the Void Kung Fu Hustle Upgrade (it was on the list from before) Alita: Battle Angel A Very Brady Sequel Evil Dead II They Live

Prisoners if you haven’t seen it.

These were pretty well acclaimed so you might have seen them all: Zero Dark Thirty Argo The Big Short Moneyball

Drew

There is no way on earth Jimmy hasn't seen them. I think he has literally said he's seen every super hero movie ever made in the west.

Drew

Wtf I think my comment got eaten by the void. The Raid 2 Green Room Master and commander Heat Edge of Tomorrow goes fucking hard. Black Hawk Down (the best war movie) 30 Days of Night (the best Vampire movie)

Ben Trotter

Heat (1995) - Michael Mann's film. Oldie but a goodie. Oldboy - Korean version.

Simply.Beyond

Black Hawk Down and Tears Of The Sun are my 2 fav war movies, I prob see them at least once a year and every time I think they’re just as great as the first viewing.

1917- a WW1 movie that came out last year, was pretty amazing.

Drew

It's one of the most quotable films ever made.

There is a Brazilian movie called "City of God" that I recently watched. Its about crime in Rio de Janeiro from the 60s to the 80s (roughly). Its in Brazilian Portuguese so there will be subtitles. Its extremely violent and super disturbing though. It came out in 2003 and for some reason I missed it until recently. Think you might like it.

Children of Men

Master and Commander Good Time The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford Green Room You Were Never Really There

Robert Kruger

I second Ex Machina, Edge of Tomorrow, 12 Monkeys, Children of Men, and Eternal Sunshine.

Robert Kruger

Stargate, the movie, could be a nice intro into doing Stargate SG:1 as a series.

Children of men

Unbeheld

Hmm... in no particular order for suggesion: 1. Election (1999) classic comedy with Reese Witherspoon/Matthew Broderick 2. Hot Fuzz (2007) another classic comedy with Simon Pegg 3. Looper (2012) Entertaining sci fi with Joseph Gordon Levitt / Bruce Willis / Emily Blunt 4. Minority Report (2002) Awesome sci fi and pretty relevant to our near future with Tom Cruise 5. New World (2013) THE best KR gangster movie that came out recently. 6. Oldboy (2003 KR original) One of the most fucked up KR film ever made based on a Japanese graphic novel.

Dredd is a great sc-fi action movie if you haven't already seen it. Doomsday is another one, post-apocalyptic horror pastiche with Neil Marshall at the helm (Dog Soldiers, The Descent..).

Dani C

One more suggestion from me: the movie Constantine with Keanu Reeves

Paul Murphy

Memento, Ichi The Killer, Primer.

Anonymous

I'd like to second the suggestions of Edge of Tomorrow, Prisoners, The Big Short, and Collateral. I'd also recommend the Mission Impossible series, particularly MI3 through MI6 if you haven't seen them.

Jamie Roberts

I’m throwing Kiss Kiss Bang Bang back in there, it deserves a watch

Reaction Junkie

Edge of Tomorrow is fantastic! What a movie to watch a reaction too!! This has my vote!

Belinda

Dog Soldiers, Platoon, Apocalypse Now, Hildago.

Oh and since I said "In Bruges"...I'm also recommending "Three Billboards outside Ebbing Missouri" - by the same director. (Martin McDonagh) 😁

Teresina

Big Hero 6
