I'm pretty sure all of it was Henry during that fight. It was also choreographed by the guy that played The Night King in GOT.

Yes, he definitely did the fighting. It was mentioned that they had to repair/replace his costume more frequently than planned because his huge guns wore out the leather so quickly. They actually re-shot that entire scene with Renfri's henchmen being played by mostly stuntmen, and both the women roles were also re-cast. That was clearly the correct decision because that scene is stunning and Renfri is one of the best things about the whole season.
