As for Alluka's gender, it's never stated explicitly in the show. But you see in this episode that Killua refers to her as female, while the rest of the family refers to her as male. Silva doesn't exactly act fatherly to Alluka, and we know that Illumi wants to get rid of Alluka, as he said to Hisoka. They both refer to her as male. From the context, we can assume that the way each family member refers to Alluka is an indicator of how they feel about her. Killua seems to care more about her than the others, and he treats her as female. It is generally accepted among fans that Alluka is probably what we would call trans, and identifies as female. She dresses in girl's clothes, and the family member closest to her (Killua) refers to her as female. We've also seen another member of the Zoldyck family who doesn't exactly conform to gender stereotypes -- remember Kalluto, who at least presented as feminine/female.
