Killuas transgender sister. In the family the only person who actually refers to her as a girl is killua which means if this show had been created today it would be labeled as sjw propaganda because they don't treat the transgender thing as a joke rather than a dynamic of the family highlighting how much more understanding and progressive killua is in comparison to his family

Both you and that video creater are confused. Alluka can be argued but there is nothing like that going on with Kalluto in the Manga nor the Anime.

Kalluto is never referred to as a girl by Killua... Kalluto, as far as we know, is a biological boy.
