Dean Cyphers

True Detective season 1 would be a quick binge, and of course 2 POI episodes a week is paramount

Heidi Elizabeth Marcum

I would love to see you react to Once Upon a Time starring Jennifer Morrison, Colin O’Donoghue, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Josh Dallas, Haven starring Emily Rose and Lucas Bryant, Leverage starring Timothy Hutton, Gina Bellman, Christian Kane, Beth Riesgraf, and Aldis Hodge, and/or White Collar starring Matt Bomer and Tim DeKay. Please... please... please!! I think you would love any one of these shows and they’re my favorites along with Person of Interest!!

NEMESIS

BLACK MIRROR!!!!!

NEMESIS

Ooh Killing Eve is amazing too. Season 2 just finished

Anonymous

Utopia is a brilliant UK series. Just 12 episodes, beautifully written and a unique aesthetic. The story is one well worth reacting to. I believe it's getting a US remake this year. Let's see if anyone agrees with me!

Anonymous

24, Deadwood or Madmen. Madmen may be too slow.

Teddy S

Mr. Robot if you haven't seen it is splendid and is due to air its last season next. Currently number two on my best-shows-currently-ongoing list since GoT ended. Number one being AoS ofcourse.

Anonymous

Still holding hope for Deadwood (the Black Sails creators named it as one of their inspirations and there is a new Deadwood movie coming out in a few days) or Sons of Anarchy... True Detective is also cool.

Ninaofthe90s

Definitely Spartacus. And two episodes of person of interest

Anonymous

I would definitly go with the blacklist for is fun dark humor

Anonymous

The ones I can think of right now are The OA(Netflix) and The Expanse(SyFy/Amazon). The OA is a complete mindfuck, and just a fantastic fucking story. It has 2 seasons so far. The Expanse is kinda like a GoT in space, in the sense of the political aspect, multiple factions and colliding storylines. Also based on a book series. It had 3 seasons on SyFy, and Amazon picked up its 4th sesason which will drop later this year.

Tim Itnyre

If you haven't seen Spartacus yet, it should definitely be next on your list. It's like 300 meets Rome and has a good deal of the anyone can die/anything can happen feel of Game of Thrones.

Ninaofthe90s

He has already seen the blacklist. I know that because Raymond "Red" reddington is his second favorite tv character of all time

Anonymous

Prison Break if you've never seen it is one of the best series, in my top 4 of the best series, I know you've already seen the other 3 (LOST, Breaking Bad, Fringe) If you have already seen I really recommend The 100, The Expanse or Dark on Netflix ;)

Anonymous

CHERNOBYL on HBO! It's so good, and only 5 episodes.

Anonymous

If you're willing to go back a bit (2001-2005), but unless you've already seen it, Six Feet Under is a fantastic series.........one of the most satisfying endings of all time!

LEESA DRONE

ALIAS, another JJ Abrams show maybe👍

Anonymous

Deadwood or The Expanse would be my 2 picks.

mems

The Expanse

ilppi13

The Last Kingdom You would love it.

Anonymous

Firefly or Dollhouse I'm about to start a re-watch of James Cameron's Dark Angel. Jessica Alba as the lead. It's been a while but I remember it being entertaining as hell. Or if you are up for another anime Psycho-Pass is excellent.

Anonymous

I can't recall, has Jimmy ever said whether or not he's seen Penny Dreadful? If not, then that. Penny Dreadful. If he has seen it, then I'll jump on the Expanse bandwagon. Good shows, both.

MrEvers

Avatar the Last Airbender

Anonymous

Monster (74 episode anime from 2004)

Anonymous

THE EXPANSE

Anonymous

True Detective and Chernobyl

Aras Paty

Don't know if it has to be non animated but I highly recommend Baccano! It's an 13 episode anime plus 3 ovas; involving gangsters and alchemists..won't say anymore but it's definitely one of my favorites and I think it's something you will definitely enjoy it.

Anonymous

12 Monkeys

Mark Wood

Expanse

Dave Hampton

From what I have seen others suggest above I would give a second vote to Dark Angel, Mr. Robot, Black Mirror (don't judge it by the first episode if you try that one). There are other suggestions I like but those are ones I like that I think you might like. Adding True Detective season one. I have not seen the other seasons yet but heard two was not good and three was good.

Ben Trotter

The Expanse or Mr. Robot

Retap Maxsor

Can't agree enough about Black Mirror. I was recommended it by a friend and watched the first episode. I was so turned off I didn't consider watching the rest until months later when I have it another shot.

Drew

True detective or The Expanse.

David

Got to throw my weight behind Spartacus (if you haven't seen it). Truly bad pilot episode, but then gets amazing. The scheming, the action, the characters, the general plot, all good stuff that I think you will enjoy.

David

12 Monkeys does not get enough love anywhere. But it's quite a remarkable show that nobody seemed to watch.

Loco Logic

A great show I've never seen anyone react to is Friday Night Lights.

Anonymous

Seen you seen black sails and other similar shows to that i suggest spartacus from starz im sure you will love it

Anonymous

You should try Patriot. Its an Amazon Prime original. Its has plenty of dark humor and is a slightly satirical look at spycraft and secret agents.

Anonymous

Banshee or Bosch

SanchoPanza

the expanse. soprano's, if you have never seen it.

Krieger

The Expanse, or Black Mirror

Thomas Hansen

Don't remember you referencing these before, so forgive me if you've already seen them, but 24 and The Shield seems like obvious shows for you.

AgentFalcon

Justified would be awesome. I saw you really like the pilot earlier and it gets a lot better. Banshee is really good too.

ChaosPudding

I'm throwing up my recommendation for The Expanse as well.

Tim Arnold

The Expanse. You watched the first episode at my request when you first got Patreon going, but it's a show that you need to get thru the first few eps to really appreciate because it takes time to get to know the characters.

Griff

The Expanse

Ethan

I agree the expanse is fire

Joel Nordlander

I'm joining the people suggesting The Expanse, it really is a spectacular show.

Ninaofthe90s

- Spartacus - The Expanse - Black Mirror - The last kingdom - Justified - Penny Dreadful The poll I'd recommend 😊

Anonymous

The expanse

Light Yagami

You should continue true detective or the office

DSP

True detective season 1

Anonymous

Hannibal. Justified. True Detective.

Anonymous

The Fall (Gillian Anderson) or Marcella on Netflix. The thrid of Marcella will be coming out later this year.

Wateesh

The Expanse

Julia 🍌

Orphan Black! pleaseeee

Anonymous

Yes, Orphan Black! It explores a lot of the same themes as Fringe, but through a different kind of character study!

Anonymous

Spartacus!

Anonymous

Expanse, you might not like the few beginning eps (I think you watched the 1st ep already). It gets better then amazing for season 2 and 3. 12 Monkeys is also great and is complete. And Mr Robot is amazing with a final season about to air. Deadwood with a movie also to air soon.

Anonymous

Justified, I think you would love it. It has amazing storylines and a amazing cast.

Anonymous

Orphan Black

Scarlett Monrow

Blacklist, Supernatural, Sons of Anarchy, Sherlock, Burn Notice, Firefly

Robert Kruger

Just remember, Dollhouse sucks for the first few episodes. The actors just didn't "find their place" until lator.

Robert Kruger

I really liked Sherlock until I watched this: https://youtu.be/LkoGBOs5ecM

Robert Kruger

I'd recommend the following that were named already in this order: Spartacus Black Mirror Orphan Black Expanse I'd recommend the following shows that were not mentioned: Spooks Metal Hurlant

Robert Kruger

Oh yeah, Continuum is great too.

Anonymous

If you haven't watched True Detective season 1 yet I would strongly suggest that one. It's pretty damn good, it's almost up there with Breaking Bad, The Wire and Sopranos, not quite there but almost.

Anonymous

Another show like that is Better Call Saul which I actually have on an even keel with Breaking Bad. It has slower tempo, much build up, but it is well worth it when the shit hits the fan. It contains quite a bit of foreshadowing and subtle clues to pick up on as well, so it's a fun show to discuss and create theories around and trying to predict what's going to happen. Maybe you've already seen it though but if not it's certainly worth considering.

Belinda

Please, Farscape, Banshee or The Expanse.

Anonymous

Definitely The Expanse. Epic freaking story. Based on some amazing books. Complex AF. Very thrones-y. The fandom of that show is pretty rabid. When SYFY cancelled it, they campaigned Amazon to pick up the show. They hired a plane with a #SAVE THE EXPANSE banner to fly over amazon HQ in Santa Monica. They raised enough money to rocket a model of the Rocinante to space.(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bOZcx4LsVn8) Even GRRM made a #SAVE THE EXPANSE blog post. It is the best sci-fi show on atm by a mile.

Anonymous

Oh I didn't expect to see a Farscape suggestion here. I would have to concur with that suggestion! It would certainly make for very interesting reactions, even to people who haven't previously watched it.

Robert Kruger

The Stargate episode 200 is absolutely hilarious with its depictions of the Farscape characters.

Anonymous

I recommend The Expanse, Farscape, Grimm, Babylon 5 or Supernatural. Farscape - 4 seasons, Grimm - 5 seasons and Babylon5 - 5 seasons all have full story endings. I think Supernatural will be on it's last season soon.....I believe.

Griff

I feel like i have heard him reference atla before

Griff

Im with this for sure, love the expanse and now i finally have a reason to really get into deadwood, only seen a few episodes

Griff

TD 1 is a perfect show, i bet it would bring in different viewers too

Brandon Bush

The Americans, The Man in the High Castle, Patriot.

Wateesh

Very nice taste in shows. All three are winners and very different.

Anonymous

Oh yeah, actually Stargate would be pretty nice to see someone reacting to as well, classic shit, SG1 & Atlantis at least, Universe not so much though it had potential, squandered unfortunately.

Anonymous

The Expanse or Orphan Black

Griff

Oh shit, Orphan Black... not many people watching that rn. So yea i vote for Expanse or Orphan Black

Ninaofthe90s

Spartacus is your show! The first episode is really bad in my opinion but it gets better and better. And it has Manu Bennett (Deathstroke) and Lucy Lawless (Xena) in it. 😍

David

Yeah, many people who give it a shot stop at the first episode. Big mistake in my opinion. This show doesn't come into its own until episode 3, where finally the acting gets tightened and they fall comfortably into their roles. John Hannah and Andy give fantastic performance from the start though.

Kim Carragher

The Expanse (only started watching it and I’m amazed at the complexity), Black Mirror (dark satire about technology and media), Penny Dreadful (you liked the first episode don’t lie), and iZombie (DC comic show that’s filled to the brim with dark humour but is much lighter than you think, very funny and great plot). Oh, and American Gods (not sure if you’ve seen that yet).

Robert Kruger

I know it's not exactly new, but Smallville was amazing

Anonymous

Either Farscape or Expanse would definitely work as my scifi-fix. But I would also recommend Chernobyl - the 5 part miniseries on HBO, it's so, so terrifying & beautiful at the same time.

Anonymous

After just watching the premiere right now, gotta throw Swamp Thing in the mix. Granted it's one episode, but loved everything about it, story, cast, pacing, and production. Interested to see how the story will evolve.

Anonymous

I would love to see your reactions to The OA, Chernobyl, The Strain, and Dark (though the last has subtitles if that matters).

Anonymous

I suggest : Broadchurch BBC, The Man in the High Castle, Dark, The Night of, Farscape, True Detective

Anonymous

I love iZombie but I'm not sure if Jimmy would. Hmm. Would love to see a reaction though. Penny Dreadful and American Gods are awesome suggestions.
