Yeah don’t worry everyone pretty much agrees with you on the beginning episodes, they are just ok nothing all that special, but you’ve made it through, so hyped for you to see where this story goes ahhhh!

Yea i felt the same way about the first couple of episodes but once you watch the whole series and go back you'll appreciate the early episodes more

Imma keep it real with you Chief, Hunter x Hunter is full of these dull boring episodes a lot of the time they’re back to back throughout the entire series. That’s why it’s best to binge watch or at least watch 3 or 4 at a time. But trust me their are 2 Arcs in particular in this series that are Top 5 All Time in All of Anime, so these episodes are worth the build up.

I wouldn't say it's full of boring and dull episodes, but like a show like Better Call Saul, there is a lot of buildup. I don't mind all the buildup because it makes the payoffs all the more intense and you will be more involved with the characters and care what happens to them.

To clarify; that applies to the story arcs following the first one. the first one is a bit boring at times i agree with that but it still has great moments packed in.

Really enjoying your reactions! I'm one of those fanboys who considers this show an actual masterpiece, but I absolutely feel that at this stage it really is just "okay". Rest assured, as others have hinted, you are very close to the point where I consider it to start getting pretty good. I've watched your reactions since way before this, and I was so happy to see you start this one. I'm extremely excited to see your reactions to the later episodes in this series... it's gonna be a hell of a ride!
