Gabe abused his position of power to manipulate Erin in to a relationship with him. Bullying him is fine.

I don't know that he manipulated her into a relationship with him. I think he asked her out and she on her own assumed she HAD to date him. It's not his fault she assumed that and she probably never told him that's the only reason she agreed to date him. Dating subordinates isn't usually a good thing but it's a bit of a stretch to act like he did it on purpose imo.

I love this episode so so much for the Dwight/Erin/Holly chasing Michael dynamic. And I feel like the sweet ending is earned also considering how long and far Michael has come in order to be with Holly again. It's great to see. And Dwight is my favorite character too. Also loved the quick shot of Creed also stealing from the resturant. Gabe has to be the corporate stick in the mud so he'll get shit for that but he is mostly just weird in a harmless way so it did seem a little overly harsh. But I think that was part of the joke as the people in this Office are ruthless - especially Phyillis! Really the only thing I think he did wrong this episode was try to rule out pop culture references, but other than that, he was just doing his job.
