The ongoing adventures of Bloomy's Officer Carolina continue to get more and more perilous! After arriving at their headquarters, the criminals not only  stripped and retied her even tighter than before, but they're also preparing to make their ransom demands... which seems to be an ever-increasing number.

Makes you wonder what they're so worried about. Do they know they can just untie the ropes and don't have to go get more for every new tie? If nothing else, she'll certainly be rescued when the police notice that a pair of shady fellas have been buying an absolutely absurd amount of rope and handkerchiefs.
