The early design for Xaun’s mechanical winged tiger form. 

These designs tend to change a bit when they make their way to the page. This usually happens to better accommodate the page layout or for readability. A prime example here would be the color of the wings. Since the background colors were very cool and dark, I changed the ”jet” effects and wings to a warmer set of colors to make them stand out. They also matched the colors of Xaun‘s first appearance better; making a stronger visual connection. ( Super secret Astray3 Patreon Club insider information, Xaun can be whatever color she wants.
