have you been playing any titanfall 2 since the one guy at respawn working on it finally fixed the multiplayer? its honestly been one of the most refreshing feelings going back to it and reignited my love for playing multiplayer (also the campaign which is still fantastic) like no other game has since it's release so long ago.
I haven't, but I'm really glad it's been fixed, because it's a game that is hard to imagine being superseded mechanically, it'll happen, I'm just not sure if it'll happen in the next five years.
Respawn managed to make a better shooter than Call of Duty, a better runner than Mirrors Edge, a better story than Uncharted, and the blueprint for a better Warzone... all at once.
It's kinda insane just how hard they want on that game.

Have you played Hades? If yes, what did you think of it?
Not yet, I haven't caught up with SuperGiant's catelogue since Transistor, but considering my recent acceptance of Roguelites, Hades is definitely on the list.

Any expectations for Phantom Liberty?
I just wanted to be back in that world again, and having beaten Phantom Liberty in two days because I did two 7+ hour playsessions, that's exactly what it did, and I couldn't be happier.

You may have encountered the surge of gamedev threads on why things such as "follow the yellow" are implemented. I'm curious about your opinion on this. Could there be such a thing as "too much" focus testing as someone objects in the second thread?
What I don't understand is why it seems to have been pushed so hard in the last few years, like... DOOM '16 did the green-lights in its facilities, and it worked... Uncharted marked its posts in yellow, and it worked... and yet, there's been so much discussion around it recently because some games have decided to copy the red-arrow thumbnails from Youtube.
I can't imagine it's an artists idea; I'd have to ask one of the devs personally on this, but I can only imagine it stems from playtests being "too long" when it could just be that player isn't paying much attention.
I can speak from first hand experience that the people testing games aren't always well versed in-games... or even played games at all the day prior to them walking into that office.

Are you scared of Steam DRM? Like to imagine that one day, your games could be taken away from your account. I myself don't know if I should be scared or not haha.
Of course.
A lot of people latch onto Valve's trust like Gabe is actually a Lord and will outlive all of humanity, and the entire mess they had with Australia regarding refund policies has already showed that as cool as some features are on Steam, that doesn't mean the company has your best interests as a consumer at heart.
