New mini toon bg process (Patreon)

Hey guys, finally back to it making toons. I've decided to go back to my simpler style since I miss it quite a bit and it's a very easy going and manageable process to get videos made with it. 

Thought I'd show my process with one of the backgrounds too. It's super simple using mostly block colours with some highlights if I feel like adding them. As you can see I start off with a very crappy sketch, clean that up then change the colour of the lineart to work in harmony with the fill colours in the scene, finally block fill it then add some light and shade.

Going forward I'll probably make most backgrounds like this in adobe animate.

Will share the new toon in a moment too, maybe from the backgrounds here someone can guess where its set 🤠
