The Sorceress' Stone by Avencri (Patreon)

One of the first promotional comics we had done YEARS ago. Artist for this is Avencri which features the characters Jonah, Guy, Arkant, Lizeron and Pamuya .

In legend, Pamuya was a Sorceress of the Keeonik tribes of otterkin. The  Lunar Lutra as she was once called was a brilliant and gifted mage with  an affinity for the celestial elements of light and darkness; with a  deep understanding of the invisible bonds that tie the physical to the  æthereal. In her pursuits of learning the secretes of life, summoning,  and immortality, she began to ply her trade in the forbidden arts;  experimenting on both living beings, shades, and even the phantom beasts  of the astral plane. Despite claiming to have noble goals, the amount  of kinling who died both willingly and unwillingly helping her selfish  pursuits was great. Dubbed a heretic by the Church of the Goddess and an  enemy of kinling both furkin and lizardkin alike by the Raven Knights  and Magus Librarium; the graven sorceress was hunted down by, Holy  Knights, Ravens Knights, and Witch Hunters. Eventually she was found and  defeated in battle. In order to stave off death, she used her forbidden  arcana to preserve her body within a crystal powered by her disembodied  quintessence. Pamuya had turned herself into a giant Mana Stone. Afraid  of unleashing the power of the Sorceress' Stone the heroes that  defeated her sealed her magical laboratory and erased all evidence of  it's existence in record. The Legend of the Sorceress' Stone however  persisted centuries later, with the kinling of today believing the item  to be a powerful relic or tool that can be used against their enemies.  Now Pamuya's Tomb has been found and both Lioncourt and Sauria have  hired mercenaries supported in secret by agents of their respective  crowns to investigate. What will be found in the Tomb of the Lunar Lutra  and what, if anything, will the foolish adventurers unleash should they  succeed?
