As a young lioness, Megogo had heard stories of the famous Sacred Order of Raven Knights, and the heroes and champions made legends serving their cause. As a youngling just into her squireship, Megogo happened to encounter a seemingly young ladykin named Sarissa, who claimed to be a Raven of the Order.

Having heard the tales of the Raven Knights since she was a mere cub, Megogo knew the name, but could not place the face she saw with the legendary Leverin who helped found the Order.

Though the ladykin was a Leverin rabbit, she seemed too youthful and friendly to be the dangerous 'Mother of Rangers', who had brought the arcane disciplines of the Harimali to Lioncourt and helped found not only the Raven Knights, but Lioncourt's own Rangers Corp.

Despite her disbelief, Megogo would show Sarissa all due respect, as the woman was obviously a powerful ranger; perhaps even a Strider. If she was who she claimed to be, she was most certainly the latter.

It was her short time with the youthful rabbit that inspired Megogo to eventually pursue taking the 'Raven's Oath' after the tragedies she suffered in her hometown. When she arrived to the 'Raven's Nest' in the capitol Bast, the woman respectfully referred to as 'The Lady', welcomed her warmly, remembering her even though many years had passed.

Megogo and Sarissa became fast friends, with the Ranger mentoring Megogo and helping develop her into a more powerful awoken and reliable leader within the Order. As the years when by and their relationship grew, Megogo rose through the ranks, becoming a Champion in her own right.

Through the years the only thing that has grown between them is their friendship, as though Megogo got older, the ageless Leverin never did. Still looking like a young woman, barely out of her teens, Sarissa never changed.

The two women often spend time together, eating snacks and reminiscing about the past. Though many mistake Sarissa for another of the Master at Arm's fledglings and trainees, they would be very surprised to find out which of the two is truly the master, and which was the student.
