Remember, what we see of Eleven when she’s in the lab is when she was younger, El is still in the sensory deprivation tank, NINA and she’s going through her memories to find out what happened with the other children at the lab. We see Eleven as she is now, but when you see her in the mirror in the lab, she’s the age when she was there, and she was little, only about 8, so the whole time, she’s not there in the lab, she’s in NINA.

Steve's character from s3 to s4 was such a downgrade, the writers did a terrible job with him, I was mad about it :( and the whole nancy love triangle was unnecessary in s4

Firstly, the looks of pure horror on all your faces after seeing the remains of Vecna victims never get old and always make me laugh. secondly Lucas is a top tier character. thirdly the Nintendo conversation Nathan started was absolutely hilarious. 🤣🤣🤣 everyone’s faces. And just thank you to you guys and the editor. It was a perfect video.

I do agree that them reintroducing a Triangle is stupid, which means who knows how they intend to resolve it in the next season, hopefully it will be in a way that doesn't see Jonathan nor Steve actually die, that is an easy and cheap way in writing a conclusion.

Steve and Nancy so unnecessary, the love triangle so not needed. There is zero excitement!

People getting worked up about Steve and Nancy must be hardcore for Jonathan and Nancy. Nancy can’t make up her romantic mind for shit. It gets old. Clearly her and Jonathan are coming to the end, does it mean she should be with Steve? Not necessarily. I want him happy for once. Nancy got Jonathan season 2, Steve got squat. Maybe Nancy needs to focus on Nancy. Her education, her career and not be defined by a relationship. We’ve seen the cracks in her relationship with Jonathan, for the writers to keep them together would make zero sense. If Steve and Nancy was endgame, cool. If they’re not, cool. Better people out there for them both. The relationships are just a side piece to the plot line. People get way too worked up about them.

This. Nancy and Steve are so much more than this romantic plot line, and for people to honestly think that the romance is what defines their characters?? Definitely not. I'm surprised people are getting so worked up about it. I thought for the most part, people just didn't care for it. I certainly don't. Maybe I've just been on the wrong social media platforms then lol. They're both great characters without this side romance plot. I'm also not a fan of this side plot, so maybe people are just upset at the writers for doing this, but people are too emotional about it lol. I just don't care for it really. What the writers need to do is break Jonathan and Nancy up and make everyone single. This can help Jonathan develop as a character on his own, and not just be seen as a love interest. Out of the 3 of them, he's the one character who I just don't see as a good character on his own. He's just used to prop other characters up (sorry to the Jonathan fans but that's just how I see it). He's definitely been my least favorite main character ever since season 3

I’m a huge fan of Steve (clearly by the profile pic) and I just want him to get a semblance of a happy ending, however that may be. I don’t mind the side plot line but I don’t want it to be used as a plot device to fuck Steve up again. If that’s the case, leave it alone, let him find his happy elsewhere. On the same footing, without saying too much, it would be extremely strange to keep Jonathan and Nancy together. Their time is over, it’s clear. Hopefully the Duffers realize that. I saw your comment about Steve being downgraded season 3 and 4 and I have to strongly, though respectfully, disagree. It appears that he’s suddenly extremely needy for a girlfriend which is somewhat out the blue, you take that away (obviously, I can’t say too much) but especially this season he’s gone from a boy to a man. He’s grown up, has his shit together for a change which he thanks Nancy for. He started to change end of season 1, as soon as he dropped Tommy and Carol and it’s been a character progression constant since. I’m not a screaming fangirl either who loses my shit every time he comes on screen. I just love who he is in terms of character and personality and his friendships with Dustin and Robin. There’s so much happening in the central plot this season that this side plot is brief and an afterthought.

hearing yall dish on the glorification of dahmer I appreciate so much. Another reason why I'll never watch the show, because they never bothered contacting the families and just rehashed their trauma to put Jefferys name in lights once again, not the victims.
