November '22 Plans (Patreon)

October was a slightly chaotic month after I decided to try and write a Halloween story at the last minute.  It did prove to myself that I can finish a short story (even a fairly lengthy one) and get a HoHH release out in the same month, which is what I'll continue doing for the next few months while I write the last four stories needed for the 7th collection.

Being able to do both is necessary.  I'll need to keep some of those stories back as collection exclusives and I don't think it's fair to charge people $1 a month while I go off and work on a private project.  I'm planning to post one of the four stories here because I know people that are here more for the stories have been a little starved of content.  Maybe some snippets/teasers from the others as well.

I'm going on a plan of roughly one new story per month, which should result in the 7th "A Succubus for" collection ready to buy around February/March next year.  Not all of the new stories will be as long as "In The Red Light Backrooms", so that date might arrive sooner if I'm able to get 2 finished in a month (or 3 in 2 months).  I'm going to conservatively assume 1 per month for now though.

As for "House of Hellish Harlots", I did do a fair bit of advance prep so that the project would keep updating while working on the 7th collection.  I have a fair few scenarios 'banked' and I'll be working on typing them up and implementing them in order of the poll results from a few weeks back.  I didn't quite bank all of them, so I will need to find time to finish Dancing Lamia and Mindflayer Girl.

For HoHH the high priorities are Amoura's repeat scenario and Dancing Lamia.  While the writing on Dancing Lamia is still in progress, I'll drop to the next one on the list.  That was a tie between Energy Bunny and the two symbiotes.  Energy Bunny wins that tie because she's a single scenario rather than two, so I'm currently typing her up.

The plan is to get the v0.038 release done in the first week or so, and then devote the rest of the month to 7th collection short story writing.

If all sticks to plan I should end the month one story closer to finishing the 7th collection and with a new v0.038 HoHH release that adds Amoura's repeat scenario and either Dancing Lamia or Energy Bunny.

As with all plans, this might be subject to change, but it seems a reasonable aim to start the month with.
