December is going to be a bit of a tricky month.

I have a lot of outside stuff going on.  I need to help my brother with funeral arrangements.  I need to get my taxes done.  I also received a note from my publisher that they will be winding down at the end of the year, so I need to take my old books back and relist them under my own author account.

Relisting my old books is a fairly important priority.  I think it's also an opportunity.  I like the Succubus Summoning series as it is.  The covers fit, so I'll likely just ask to get them transferred across to my account or re-upload the old files.  And maybe think about getting that long awaited Succubus Summoning 301 started at some point!

The short story collections are more interesting.  Originally they started as generic erotic horror collections featuring sexy succubi.  Over time the stories started to mesh together to form a shared universe.  I've been tempted for a while to rebrand them as a numbered series, redo the covers and switch out some of the older short stories that don't fit within the shared universe (the superhero stories, the one lone sci-fi story).  I also have enough new stories now to put out a 7th collection.  The sticking point for a long time was the "A Succubus for X" story every collection begins with.  I think I have a good idea now, and I might start work on that.

But what I don't want to do is repeat the "ooh, shiny!" problems I've had over the last few years of jumping from project to project without finishing the previous.  "The House of Hellish Harlots" development is chugging along quite nicely.  The individual harlot scenarios have turned out more complex than I originally intended, so it's taking a little longer to complete, but overall people seem pretty happy with it.  It's flying a little under the radar at the moment, but I'm hoping that will change once I start getting artwork of the various characters out there.

I think December will involve some juggling as I work on a couple of short stories with the intent of putting a "A Succubus for" 7 together and keep adding new harlots for HoHH.  Originally I was planning on maybe skipping a HoHH release for this month, but not being able to get the big boobfairy scenario done in time for November means I can make that the December release.  This should free me up to focus on the 1st drafts of new harlots (I have 3 on the go at the moment) and maybe some short story ideas that have been on the backburner for a while.

I think for now I'll tentatively aim to make v0.028 the Big Boobfairy release for the end of the month.  This won't be the only thing I'll be working on, as I'll hopefully also have a few new harlots written (to be typed up and implemented the following month) and maybe some progress on the short story idea I have.
