Alright let's give my description abilities a go. I'm thinking a scenario where the listener sent their boyfriend (the submissive type, preferably) a message while at work, said message containing something spicy-- whether that be an image or idea they've been wanting to try is up to you-- which causes the boyfriend to get more and more pent up the more he looks at the message.
