Character Tier Changes Pt. 2 (Patreon)

After talking with some of my Patrons (mostly Selicia, who's pretty much the only person who opted for cameo characters), I've decided to split the two types of OC adding into two separate tiers.

Nothing has changed for Character Tier.  Still one scene per month, still $15.

I have added Cameo Tier.  This is $25, and gets you the cameo route, where you get one character per month that is finished with 3 scenes.  This more accurately represents the amount of work I put in per month to finish cameo scenes (which is why it's a little extra).
