Hey guys,

I've been having a bit of trouble deciding on something related to the Patreon and could use your help.  Basically I'm looking at two different ways to schedule updates related to Patreon payouts.

Would you rather I:

-release lots of small updates, charge Patreon monthly

or

-release a few big updates, charge Patreon per update

This will help me pace myself in updating the game.

Thanks guys!

To be honest, I am more a fan of monthly, since it makes the costs for the patreons more stable and your income as well. But that's only a opinion ^^

Yeah, I think that monthly would be better on your guys's wallets, which is why I would like it more; but I don't know how frequent my "big updating" schedule would be considering only three "big updates" have come out since I've started on the project.

Another thing to consider comes with determining how big a small update has to be to really be worth updating to. And especially so if you keep it as big updates and charging per update.

Based on the past, a "big update" would likely be a large amount of bugfixes, at least 2 new rooms/preds, and/or some big change like the sound update. I'm probably gonna go to monthly, though.

What I'm probably gonna end up doing is charging per update for V.35, and then swapping to monthly after that comes out, so I still get some compensation for the work on that.
