Fawn Tier Changes (Patreon)

Hey y'all. 

I've bumped up the price of the Fawn tier from $1 to $2. I was intent on keeping the lowest tier at $1, but according to Patreon's own data, $2 tiers have far lower processing fees (I was only getting about 66 cents for every $1 pledge, a loss of 33%...) and are about as accessible to people who pledge $1. Patreon internally recommends at LEAST $2 for the lowest tier, in fact. I will be keeping it at least $2 from now on.

I hope everyone understands the reasons behind this change. The $1 tier will be unpublished, which means those people in that tier can upgrade to $2 easily. Benefits will be lost for those pledging $1 beginning in June.
