July Build-A-Sequence Question 2: Final Form (Patreon)

We had some great suggestions and some great responses for our starting character, and we have a verdict!  Our subject is:

An elusive thief with a permanent injury and a strong desire to help those less fortunate. (details/gender pending)

We'll revisit the details about our main character in a question or two, but FIRST:
