So Back in August I did a group piece of our current D&D party, and I really had the bug to do  full body character portraits for our characters - updated with developments in the game, a new character, and rendered with a style I'm working on that's a mix of Traditional art, Photoshop & Procreate.  (A style I used in the recent color pinup in the Blaziken TF, Pokejuice Rosalyn).

So the campaign is a 5th Edition D&D  Ravenloft campaign.  We've been playing it weekly since about May of last year - taking it really slow and really delving into character development - so we're all currently 4th level :)

So since there are 6 characters in the party, I think I'm going to do these for Jan-March, 2 each month.  I've really been having fun with them so far - and I've just finished off the first two, Piper and Nova!

Piper (my wife's character) is a hexblood fey wanderer ranger - an intelligent magpie that dreamed of being human, and in her quest, made an ill-fated deal with a powerful hag - who granted her wish, for a cost - and one Piper wasn't willing to pay.

Nova is a Satyr who is a twilight domain cleric.  She's a hedonist who is looking to experience life outside the Feyrealm, and bring some (moon)light into the darkness. (And OOCly I actually don't know much about her backstory yet).

I've got WIPs uploaded in the attachments here - both the raw sketches, inks, and flat colors so you can see my process.

I draw the pencils traditionally, ink them in procreate, do the flat colors in photoshop, and then do the final shading in Procreate.
