1. HEALTH UPDATE:
   
   I've been feeling stronger throughout the month of January following my Thyroid Cancer surgery on December 12.  I've been going to a lot of follow-up doctors' appointments with my surgeon and endocrinologist.  So far, my numbers aren't where we want them to be yet (my thyroid hormone levels are still low - but we're working on bringing them back up to where they're supposed to be).  Also, we're keeping an eye on my thyroid antibiodies (thyroglobulin) levels.  Currently, they're not 0 - which could either mean that there's just still some remnant antibodies in my bloodstream since my surgery wasn't that long ago... or that there is still some cancer in my system :( . I'll be going back for more bloodwork over the next few weeks/months to see if that number changes or stays the same, and we'll see if I need to go through any follow-up procedures.  
   
   My wife has also very recently gotten some potentially scary news with HER health, and I'm staying tuned and keeping my fingers crossed because this has been a rough few months already for both of us.  
   
   For those of you not too squeemish, you can watch my post-surgery VLOG here (when I still had the staples in my neck and filmed from my hospital bed thanks to the help from my wife - who you can see/meet in the video :3 ). 
   I also have a pretty cool new necklace-like scar.  
   
   Based on the work I did this month, and metering out what's left on my to-do list, and budgeting my time for a lot of doctor's visits. I'm currently estimating that my hard close will last till the End of March Update.  BUT I will have a better estimate next month with the end-of-of February update.  I won't reopen commissiones before the end-of-march update even if I manage to completely my workload a few days early - so you won't miss my reopening of slots.  
   
   That being said, unfortunately, between having to take a lot of time off of working on art commissions and medical bills, and my wife also having taken off of some work to take care of me when I couldn't even really walk, and now some doctors visits of her own to check up on her health, we're doing some fundraiser opportunities!  Check out the two special offers below!  (reposting from last month)
    
2. COLORED VERSION OF HELEN AND CASSIE!
   As a fundraiser to help with my cancer (medical bills, necessary time off, etc) - my wife foxyfussings has done a re-ink and flat color of this entire, classic series.  A digital copy of the colored version is available for a donation of $5!  You can check out the preview image of the colors HERE!
   
   
   
    
3. CANCER FUNDRAISER: NEW AS OF DEC 5!
   
   Even being lucky enough to have health insurance, multiple doctor visits and two surgeries isn’t cheap, so I’m doing a bit of a fundraiser to help with the costs of the thyroid cancer treatments.  Since I already have a chunky worklist, and my amazing wife was awesome enough to want to help out as well, she did digital inks and flatcolors + fire effects of one of our favorite recent donation arts:
   
   September 2018’s woman to female Houndoom (hellhound) sequence!

   What I’m offering is this:
   
   - The 10 page colored sequence (along with a copy of the pencil version) for a donation of $10+
   - If you already bought the pencil sequence donation art previously, it can be yours for an additional donation of $5+ (this is done on the honor system)
   - The colored donation art sequence will also be included for free with any purchase of the entire Year 11 donation art set for $50 (12 sequences + the colored version of the Houndoom one.

5. Crowdfunded Sequences - Cabin in the Woods: the Documentary continues this month AND Corruption of the Innocent is NOW COMPLETE!!!!
6. Weird Shop Trio, another long-running sequence, also reaches a completion this month!
7. Donation artwork for January 2019: "Coyote Ugly"
   You are a guy out at a bar, having a good time and looking for a date: and you follow a surprisingly enthusiastic woman home! When you get there, she has sex with you as she transforms into an anthro coyote!  My steamiest donation art yet!
   Woman -> Anthro Coyote (First person perspective from POV of her male date) 
   2 comics + 6 full pages = 8 pages total!
    
8. Updated Commission Table:
   I've tweaked prices in anticipation of the upcoming end of the hard close and reformatted the pricing table to hopefully make it better organized.  All the fullpage figure prices are at the top, ordered by increasing complexity of media, and the comic page prices are all at the bottom.
   Also, I am no longer offering the TF special - I've had it for over 15 years for the same price, and I just can't afford to offer it any longer. 
    
9. Trying to Contact:
   some lovely person out there with a s****r***j**@google.com (not gmail - though I tried to send an email to the same address @gmail) email address - I have tried to send you a thank you for your contribution + the colored houndoom art, but the email address is bouncing.  If you can contact me with another way to reach you that would be great - just let me know your full email address to verify it's you :)
   
   Also: Trying to reach another contributor who bought the color Helen & Cassie comic whose email is bouncing. If you are m*****m**@e****.org - send me an email with an alternate email address to reach you so I can get you your artwork! <3
