Sorry for the delay today, but here we go!  Results and next questions!

All rightie, annnd here's what we've got so far!

April O'Neil from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (I'm going to take influence from the 90s cartoon/game design) turns into  velociraptor!

Question 4: Let's figure out her Raptor design! :D
Describe her final form for me!  I'm looking specifically for YOUR breakdown of the following things:

- Mentality: unchanged?  Feral?  Evil?  Something else?
- Feathered, "scaled" (a la Jurassic Park), or a mix?
- "Mutant" (anthro) or Feral?

If anthro:

- human head hair, bald like the  ninja turtles, or featherhair?
- flat-chested or with breasts?
