Final May Build-a-sequence Question! (Patreon)

Okay!  Onnnne last question for this month's build-a-sequence before I'll get started on it next week!

There had been several suggestions along with the character description last round that elaborated on the trigger idea, so that's what I'm looking for this time around.

Here's what we have so far:
Girl next door / student type. Curvy, long brown hair, pretty in jeans, hoodie and boots or sneakers.  She is afflicted with a disease/curse. 

As it progresses,The more she acts like a cow, like mooing, or chewing cud, the more she turns.

What I'm looking for:
- What triggers the curse/disease
(ie, extra info about the curse, similar to some of the suggestions that you guys worked into the last round :) )  

- Please keep it short, a line and a half of text as it shows up on the comment field.  

examples:  
- Trying out a spell in a spell book to curse someone and it backfires on her
- ancient family curse
- she calls fat girls cows and moos at them
