December Portfolio Project 2 (Patreon)

 And because we hit the mark this month, it allowed me to work on 2 portfolio projects this month!  

I've been working on this one off and on over the past week or so - a gift for a friend of mine for the holidays, Cryo-Bucky  - based on a cool design/comic she did, Morningstar    

It was a fun gift for her, and also a good exercise for me to try out Clip Studio for the iPad (newly ported to that, and it's a very robust program for being on an iOS device!)   [there is a 6 month free trial of the program I'm experimenting with, after that it goes into monthly subscription mode, so I'm weighing the pros/cons).   

I did most of this in clip studio, though the initial sketch was traditional that I took a photo of and inked in the program, then I added some extra depth/values in Photoshop.   

I'm uploading the full-sized finished version + a black and white version + a version up to as far as I got in Clip Studio alone.
