As we're working on new demos and experiments, we are documenting our progress every day by taking screenshots and videos. I wish I did this more thoroughly with Sector's Edge - this is one of many lessons learned over the past 6 years!

This video contains the first seven days spent extracting the game engine out into a standalone codebase, as well as experimenting with new features like terrain rendering.

Stick simulator looks great! In all seriousness, that's pretty amazing what you're able to accomplish in just one week. I've also really loved these frequent Patreon posts- I'm going to try and not becoming expectant, but one question (concern?) I have is that you're riding the high of this recent change in focus. These frequent posts/all the work you're doing is really awesome, but in 1, 2, 6 months time... will that passion and drive still exist? I guess my question for you is this: do you have goals, projects, achievements, ideas, mechanics, etc. in mind that you are aiming to create? What's your purpose these next few months? You don't have to be specific (e.g. I'm planning on making X kind of game), but I'm just hoping that you're still focusing on what makes you happy. All that said, the way you're documenting your progress is going to be so, so engaging to follow. Wish you both the best!
