Nik tries to call for evacuation, but a familiar voice comes through. Nik's regretful one night stand doesn't send help because she feels like she had been led on by Nik to get sex out of her. It seems like they  won't get rescued until Arackniss calls an unknown person who sounds angry, but can only get rescued the next morning, so they are going to have to spend the night in the forest. Arackniss seems upset, so Nik decides to tell him something about himself to try and squeez answers out of Arackniss by attempting to relate to him.
