I know, I know, I said I was going to work on the cover for Aria after edits, but then I did the pictures for Grimalkin, and realized that sometimes my images require minor text/story changes, so it might be better to swap the order.

Plus, I hate editing, and I like making covers. So there's that.

Anyway, here's the cover for Aria!

I did!! Spoilers... I liked that they had a happy ending and that Ava/Aria seems to be more at peace with herself. She certainly deserved that. The healing space for children was a great idea, and you tied up a lot of loose ends. Can I nitpick a little? The epilogue had maybe too many loose ends to be tied up, plus more info: Aspen almost being erased, what Veralt was really doing, What Carl was doing, jail(!), the trial, college, she's living with Bridget... It's a lot that gets summarized in one chapter. Maybe part of that is due to the serial nature of releasing a chapter a day, it's very different to reading a book straight through! That said, I enjoyed the book immensely, I like your writing style (hence the Patreon) and I'll look forward to reading it again once you finish edits! Congratulations on getting another book done (your work ethic is amazing)!

Thank you for the feedback! I thought maybe I crammed too much into that last chapter. I think in edits, I need more foreshadowing of some of this stuff. When I wrote LF, I had no idea that I needed to corral things at a certain word count in order to keep the books a reasonable size, and now I'm hyperaware of it, so I hurried that bit along. I'll try to spread it out better! Maybe I need a few more overheard conversations 🤔 I'm really, really glad you liked the ending! I always appreciate when you like or comment on the chapters 😂 Thank you!
