Vision over Kazuya c01 but work in any slot

Includes ui and swing.prc for the cape

the mod should be wifi safe because kazuya originally does have a swing.prc but as I always say I can't be sure, so I recommend not using this mod online unless you delete the motion folder or you really know what you are doing.
