Can- can I ask you to sketch my character's familiar, a white snake-dragon (with front paws and wings and a looooing tail) who bleps knowledgeably and likes patterns (whether mathematical or karmic)? (Is cool if not cool, gonna try to think of some good friends for drawing too!)

Swamp witch/harpy lady has a pet mimic. Which presumably does convenient things like catch vermin, or trick people into going into the swamp, or... idk.

Or! I don’t know if you’re familiar with the role playing game Changeling the Gathering but they had the most fascinating takes on fairy races. The sluagh in particular were my favorites as well as pooka.

There are tons of weird and wonderful creatures in Japanese folklore (they are called yokai). You can find an encyclopedia of them at yokai.com. Even more fun inspiration is the movie "The Great Yokai War" if you can find it online somewhere.

Bring back Becky. What is she doing now? Is her friend's other leg real smooth now? Are Becky's legs smooth? Does it make them aerodynamic? Are there things that can only be done once completely smooth? Things I need to know.
