I don't know if you read any manga but there's a finished spinoff for MHA called MHA: Vigilantes. It all takes place before the main story but has a lot of character backstories for characters from the main series. One fun thing it shows about All Might is that he used his small form and real name, Toshinori Yagi, to work publicly at the Might Tower as All Might's agent. He was using his secret identity to be his own agent. All Might's just that kind of crazy.
