Alexa is a decorated and well-respected officer of the L.A Police department, she is on her usual traffic patrol when she spots wanted drugs trafficker for the Cartel, Javier. She pulls him over and places him under arrest but with the resistance she expected from him. Back at the station Alexa is trying to extract the information out of him without having to apply force when this doesn't work, she has to get heavy handed and decides to put Javier in a cold cell naked where he can decide to talk or freeze his balls off.
