first go to the Sims 4 Studio > Cas (Create CAS Standalone) > Change the "Part Type" to "Face Paint" > From there you need a Body Texture Template or you can export my Eyes CC as a sample to know where to put the Eyes, If you done all that you can import the texture and Delete/Make Blank any Specular map if the CC had any specular map. if you had more question Message me :)
