Sorry this one is so late! It's been crazy over here! So as someone who grew up in Canada, it's been really fun watching these "presidents day" movies. I knew a bit of some of the stories, but these movies really help solidify them in my mind. I've learned so much over the past few weeks in watching these movies, this one especially powerful!

[Full Reaction] Lincoln (2012)

Hey Cass, loved the reaction as always. One small thing: you mentioned checking out the Last of the Mohicans, but unfortunately that video hasn't been available for a long time.

There are few really good good Civil War movies. This is one of them. Some others you should watch are Gettysburg, a wonderful movie for around the 4th of July about the pivotal battle, Gods and Generals, a movie about General Thomas 'Stonewall' Jackson and Gone with the Wind, the highest grossing movie of all time when adjusted for inflation. I would love to see you do reactions to Ken Burns and his series. There's many but I personally would start with the Civil War by Ken Burns. Baseball is also excellent but realistically all his documentaries are top notch.

Finally got around this reaction. Saw it once when it came out, but for whatever reason it didn't resonate that much with me at the time (though the DDL performance certainly did). Having now watched again, it was fantastic. One of the least Spielberg-ian of Spielberg's films, but in a good way. Boy I hope Daniel Day Lewis is compelled to another movie at some point. What a phenomenal actor.

After watching "Lincoln", you should take a look at "Manhunt" on Apple +. It's about the search for John Wilkes Booth
