Witness Week is off to a great start! I don't think I could ever not like a movie Julia Roberts is in! This story is something else, mixing in the 'based on a true story' angle I love so much. I couldn't stop reading about it. Can't wait for the rest of the week!

I know I'm late to the party, but if you didn't notice in the credits or if nobody else pointed it out I'm going to make a suggestions. Go back to the beginning and watch Erin going through her terrible car accident trial and after picking up the children she decides to treat everybody to dinner at the diner [10:07]... the waitress at the diner that waited on them, THAT was the REAL person, Erin Brockovich!

I haven't seen the full movie yet, but I need to check it out. Parts of the movie were obviously filmed in the San Fernando Valley (Southern California), where I grew up. I always get nostalgic when I see it.
