Hey guys! Here are episodes 3 and 4. The thing I love about TV shows is I go into the next episodes with more background than I usually do for a movie so I feel like I know the characters more too. So much to love in these episodes, especially 4, it feels good to not be able to wait for the next time you can watch!

I was hesitant at first rewatching Mando as I've already seen the first season twice (especially after Obi Wan which I quit halfway), but given the bad weather today I gave in. I have to admit this show still holds up even for the third time and seeing how much Cassie started enjoying it just makes it even better. This might be the second time this show redeems Disney Star Wars for me. Not really sure how to put it into words, but with The Mandalorian the universe just feels like the original Star Wars, a feeling that I felt was missing in the sequel trilogy. The show provides a great balance of bringing back the aesthetics and familiar elements of the original trilogy, while at the same time continuously expanding and extending on them. During the sequel trilogy I always had the opposite feeling, as if the SW universe was condensing and getting smaller and smaller and instead of extending they rather want to reinvent it. Cassie, do I have the feeling you started warming up to the music? At first I did miss the resemblance to John Williams' original score as it is so intertwined with the Star Wars feel, but I really started to enjoy and like Ludwig Göransson's score and at the end I was very pleased they didn't want to replicate the original themes but rather came up something original instead. The DR Koncerthuset YT channel has a lot of great videos from concerts performing famous movie soundtracks by the Danish National Symphony Orchestra: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S8CK2ClEIug PS, don't worry about it, you are doing better than most pronouncing my name. It is the Hungarian version of Gabriel and trust me, I have not met any non-Hungarians yet who could pronounce it entirely right.

I love episode 4, we were introduced to the best thing about modern Star Wars, Cara Dune. Played by the awesome Gina Carano! Beep/Bop/Boop!

Just a suggestion: Finish Kenobi and judge the redemption arc of "Ben's" PTSD issues. As one who has suffered similar problems myself I thought they did a great job showing his healing process into the calm and competent Jedi Master we see again in Episode IV when he rescues Luke from the Tusken Raiders.

Meh, she's good in action scenes but has always been pretty weak as an actress. She's got like two facial expressions, smug and angry.
