Did you notice, Cassie, that the song Frank played on the piano right before he went after Lily was "As Time Goes By" from CASABLANCA?

For younger Clint Eastwood, definitely Dirty Harry is probably my favorite. Others in the 70s or before for me would be: -Play Misty For Me (stalker thriller) -Two Mules for sister Sara -The Good, The bad, and the ugly For later movies: -Blood Work -Heartbreak Ridge -Space Cowboys -A Perfect World (co-starring Kevin Costner) -Gran Torino (really good movie) And for the guy who plays the villain lol (John Malkovich), to see him in another great villainous role, I highly suggest watching Con Air (1997) lol

Since you so enjoyed this one, Cassie, you might want to check out Absolute Power, also featuring Eastwood as well as Gene Hackman from Unforgiven and made at around the same time. It's in some ways perhaps a little too similar to this one but it sure has its moments.

Heartbreak Ridge is fantastic. I saw that movie when I was about 10 and knew right then that I was going to be a Marine!

Awesome reaction as always, Cassie. I agree: Malkovich should've won that Oscar. He totally owned his role.

Am I the only person that hates the new microphones? I want good sound, but this makes it look like Cassie's a broadcaster or a podcaster. It makes the whole thing 'feel' far less intimate than watching a film with a friend - which is what it has been. If we're having an issue getting quality sound, you can look at some of the cordless mics. These have worked very well for people I know - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B004J9AKNK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. And yes, it looks like that system is currently unavailable at Amazon. Besides, what happens when Cassie is surprised or scared with that microphone.. she could get hurt.

Cassie Tremblay

thanks for the feedback! the new mic was both to make it easier for mike (our editor) to work with the audio as well as create less white noise and background noise while watching the full length reactions. we already have some mics like that and we'll give those a shot as well!

Steve Colletti

Thanks, Cassie, for responding. I just hate to lose the feel that your channel has and in my experience you don't have to. ;)

Excellent movie but Clint still can't control a M-16 0n full auto and he closes his eyes. LOL.

On a side note to Clints acting work you might be interested in two films that he directed. "Flags of my Fathers" and "Letters from Iwo Jima" they were made and put out at the same time. The first showed the American view of the conflict for that island, the second showed the Japanese view.

Maybe do a Clint Eastwood poll? He not only made a ton of great spaghetti westerns, but made a series of Dirty Harry movies (San Francisco cop) in the late 1960's-70's. Definitely a younger version of Eastwood's character from "In The Line of Fire"

There are so many great Clint Eastwood Movies... My personal Choice is Gran Torino.... Directed by Eastwood

If you liked this, you'll love True Crime.
