Hey guys!! Sorry this took so long!! We wanted to make sure that the movie sound didn't interrupt your copy so the audio might sound a bit processed, but hopefully it's not to bad and you don't have the movie blaring in the background! I also included our reaction to the post credit scenes (remember though this is before I saw WandaVision). I'm glad we were able to see this one in the theater, it was so fun!  Enjoy!

All Together Now… Spider-Man, Spider-Man Does whatever a spider can Spins a web, any size, Catches thieves just like flies Look Out! Here comes the Spider-Man. Is he strong? Listen bud, He's got radio-active blood. Can he swing from a thread Take a look overhead Hey, there There goes the Spider-Man. In the chill of night At the scene of a crime Like a streak of light He arrives just in time. Spider-Man, Spider-Man Friendly neighborhood Spider-Man Wealth and fame He's ingnored Action is his reward. To him, life is a great big bang up Whenever there's a hang up You'll find the Spider-Man.

Christopher Smith

Cassie, you should totally catch up on the "Defenders" shows from Netflix now they are moved onto Disney+ and you've seen Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock aka Daredevil. One of marvel's many lawyer superheroes. Luke Cage has the best soundtrack. Jessica Jones fights the worst villain in marvel lore in season 1, you will hate this guy more than Thanos. Iron Fist, no comment. Punisher, classic mob war stuff.

Shaun Ganyo

Thank you SO MUCH for all the hard work you and your team did to get this out! You are the best!

Mr Jordan

Great job Cassie, these in-theater reactions keep getting better and better. Love the audio mix, your voices were perfect. You and Carly should do a podcast of your thoughts on a movie several days or weeks later after reading comments, going online and talking with others. I think you have some interesting insights. Wouldn't be difficult or take a lot of time to create a podcast, unlike recording a video. You also know more movie stuff now and you could also host some interviews to get other people's thoughts on movies. Just an idea.

Gideon James

Can some agree that Popcorn In Theaters doesn't work? I know it's not popular to critique on here but it is a pay service after all. I pay for PIB and somewhat feel cheated.

Mike LL

I also give congratulations for the reaction here and you and your teams technological prowess for giving a reaction in this format. There was more than one team and their great work visible in this reaction. This movie just gobsmacked me. Sony and Marvel have taken franchises to a place no franchises have gone before with this mash-up of all the Spider-Man movies. I've heard there will be more Spider-Man movies with Tom Holland, and it seems they haven't run out of ideas yet.

Mr Jordan

Damn it! Now I got this song stuck in my head all day. Thanks a lot.

Mr Jordan

There's nothing wrong with critiquing as long as it is constructive and well argued. Cassie welcomes valuable feedback as it helps grow the channel. As for your specific critique, my view is we are paying for Cassie's reactions to movies she hasn't seen. She doesn't have to stick to the same format every time. A little change is a good thing. Also, I feel more cheated she isn't eating popcorn in bed. My two cents for what it's worth.

Gábor Árki

Spider-Pig, Spider-Pig, Does whatever a Spider-Pig does. Can he swing from a web? No, he can't, he's a pig, Look out, he is a Spider-Pig!

Rippan

" I pay for PIB and somewhat feel cheated" are you five?

Tyler Foster

I mean, if that's your opinion then that's fine, but it seems like it would be more constructive if you explained why you thought it didn't work. From a technical standpoint, I didn't see anything wrong with this -- it obviously sounds different but I had no trouble understanding Cassie and Carly in the YT edit.

Coleton B.

I don't understand, what's the big difference between reactions in and out of a theatre? Everything is the same..

Future Boy

I'm sure there are some high-profile films that Cassie wants to watch as soon they're released in theatres. That means the reaction has to be "in theatre" or not at all. Many of these brand new films would never appear on the channel in any form if it weren't for the theatre reactions. And also, the setup's working fine now, so I don't know why you think they're so inferior...

Dave

Just spent some time at the theater with my new friends Cassie and Carly watching a movie. At least that's my reaction to this reaction! Thanks to the whole PiB crew for all the hard work setting up and tearing down, editing, and of course , reacting. Job well done!

David Patterson

Cassie: This is not a happy ending! Happy walks up to the grave. It's LITERALLY a 'Happy' ending. Sadly, Peter won't be going to MIT anytime soon. When he is unpacking in his new apartment, there is a GED test manual in one of the boxes. Because no one remembers Peter, no one has a record of him going to school.

Cassie Tremblay

I know the in-theater reactions have a lower production quality. Sorry about that! We try to increase the quality each time we try it but it's not super easy. These movies are ones that I'd most likely go see with friends and family anyway... so I can either try to get an in-theater reaction or none at all. And you're totally free to critique all you want, no judgement from me!

Josh Phillips

Seeing Charlie Cox back as Daredevil was something I was hoping for and the Venom cameo at the end was so great! The thing I always hated with the two previous Spider-Mans is that we never got any closure on either series. Was so happy to finally get that in this movie! I know your heart was broken for Peter at the end, but it was designed that way to bring his character back to the true origins of Spider-Man. But as always, Peter and MJ will eventually find their way back to each other. We already have proof from a different universe :D

POSTALMNDCLARITY

Thank you so much for this! In terms of the end, MJ is still wearing the broken necklace he gave her in Far From Home. Also the spell was "make everyone in the world forget peter parker.... There are a lot of people "off-world" that may still know him; Nick Fury being one of them, and Thor. Wong at the beginning asked Strange to "leave me out of this". Maybe Wong still knows, and he, as sorcerer supreme, can find a way to fix it? I also think Ned might remember him by "naturally" doing the secret handshake when he meets Peter. Everybody still knows Spiderman, but nobody knows Peter. Assume that every time Spiderman was involved in something and his mask was off, it was on, instead. Its definitely not my favorite ending by a long shot, but I do see how they could bring them back together. It also kind of summed up Tom Hollands role as Spiderman. If he decided not to do more, they could end it there. But I think its been confirmed that he will return for the next one. :)

Josh Phillips

The Defenders was great! Daredevil might honestly be the most perfect superhero tv series ever made.

Mike Lemon

Josh- Live action maybe, but there is still the '60s Batman that is great in its own way. If animated is included Daredevil isn't even close- Batman TAS, X-Men, Spider-man TAS, The Tick, Silver Surfer, Spawn (if he's counted as a superhero)...

Michael Threapleton

The musical journey in Luke Cage season 2 was awesome. I loved all these shows, even grew to like Iron Fist but mostly for the supporting characters who were much more interesting than Danny Rand. I thought the crossovers between shows were great too. Wasn't Rosario Dawson in at least three of these shows?

David Holmes

As far as whether it’s “in bed”, or not it’s fine by me. However, and maybe it was my Vudu version, but kept having to pause the reaction to get synced back up. I watch the movies on my Roku tv and play the reaction on my phone. I’m assuming it’s a frame rate issue of some type that causes it to creep forward like that. First world issues I know.

Gábor Árki

Movies are shot and projected in cinemas with an exact 24.00 frames per second. But home video releases - apart from a few exceptions - are still converted to a 23.976 frame rate, that is approximately 3.6 seconds slower per hour. The reason for this conversion is historical. Back in the early days of television they had to convert 24p films to 60 Hz NTSC television, which uses 59.94 Hz for the actual video. That is interlaced, so the actual frame rate required would be half of that, 29.97 fps. Achieving this from a 24.00 input was not possible so as a workaround they slowed down the movie by 0.1% to 23.976 fps. At this framerate there are exactly 4 original frames in the 23.976 version that need to be stretched to 5 frames for the 29.97 version. This is how 3:2 pulldown is working that has been / is used for a long time for NTSC broadcast and home video releases.

Gary Giaimo

Cassie, I realize you're not happy because you want the romance ending, but this is the best thing for the character. This whole trilogy was setting Peter up to be Spider-man proper. Whether or not Tom Holland continues on (which he totally will), this whole thing was an origin story to get Peter Parker to where he needed to be. If they do continue, there's a 99.9% chance that Zendaya will also return, and the story will center on Spider-man being the hero he was meant to be, as well as finding his way back to MJ as the man he's become and not the boy he's been. Don't worry, there's still hope.

Gary Giaimo

Hey, Gideon, you're right. It is a step down in quality in terms of some audio feedback, syncing, and a few audio glitches, but it's also miles ahead of the last time Cassie did an in-theater experience. So it's clearly something she's aware of and is working hard to correct with each new experience. My advice, for what it's worth, is to be patient with the process, because each installment is better than the last so I have every faith that she'll eventually get everything right. And if she doesn't, then consider these bonus episodes that we wouldn't otherwise get, and just accept them for what they are. If you don't like the theater experiences, you don't have to watch them. I can only speak for myself, but I'm here because I enjoy Cassie's reactions (and Carly's). Because you do pay for the service, I can only assume that you do too. So let's try and be patient and understanding while she figures it out and tries to provide some diversity in the experiences we're paying for.

David Holmes

I knew it was probably something similar. I used to work in television for about 30 years. I knew early television (in the U.S. at least) the reason for the “60” fields per second was due to our 60 hz electricity. Each field would would do the first half of of a crt screen lines (1,3,5,7…etc). The second field is the rest of the picture (2,4,6,8…etc). Hence when a photos were snapped of an old tv, you’d see part of the screen not as bright of the rest.

Michael J

Oh havent seen this yet. Going to, so cant watch lol... Sorry

Joshua James Wagoner

I love your reactions. The two of you just make my heart smile. You don't even know. Just keep being your darling little selves. This was a great reaction. I am not the biggest Zendaya fan (mostly just unfamiliar with her work) but I gotta say she's really adorable with Tom Holland. Overall a great movie, fantastic effects and nostalgia for days.

Mike LL

Since they've wiped the slate clean with this movie, it would be cool if they introduced the Black Cat to the big screen in the next movie. She's a cat burgaler/love interest for Spidey from the comics. They could still have Zendaya in the movie, Peter would swing by but she wouldn't know him, but the Black Cat could play a big part.

Ryan

Love the reaction to "Venom" and looking forward to you catching up with that. :)

Joe D. MacGuffinstuff

I finally watched it, had to watch it with you two! Man that was amazing, spectacular, and strange, all wrapped up into a cosmic multi-universal burrito. The Venom (yeah he's from the OG Spiderman comics btw) mid credit scene was so cool. Psyched to see Venom (hopefully) in a future Tom Holland Spiderman movie. So much cool in this one but have to point out Doc Ock turning good, one of my favorite parts of Tobey Macguire's second movie was when Dr. Octopus came to his senses and sacrificed himself to save the city, it was like in Jedi when Vader chucks the Emperor, you love a badass villain who becomes a badass hero in their last moment. Also, fun fact, that actor is Alfred Molina, he was also the "adios senor" bad guy in the first scene of Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Rick Williams

This movie was full of surprises. I loved seeing the first two Spider-Men. Great reaction ladies.

Andrew Rose

Finally watched this... as I suspected this movie broke my heart. wonderful reaction tho and glad I had you two to watch it with. Thank you.
