Hey guys here is my reaction to the 3rd Indiana! This was the definition of a popcorn movie for me! It was entertaining, funny parts, action parts and oh so many chase scenes. I liked this better than the 2nd, but Raiders may be my favorite of the 3 still.  I still found some parts cheesy and what not, and I never doubted that Indiana would actually be killed but I didn't mind.  Even though I had never seen these movies before, they still felt nostalgic in some way if that even makes sense.  What is your favorite of the trilogy? Should I watch the newer one? Isn't there another one even coming out?

🤣🤣”remember cause I don’t remember.” I laughed so hard when you say this, just as Indy is forced to retrieve the grail. 🤣🤣

You are absolutely right, watching these movies with you is a chance to almost see them again for the first time. So thank you. And the more I watch with you the more it is like watching with a friend. I love this movie and it was a treat watching it with you.

I would add a vote skip the fourth movie and spend your time watching another recommendation

The fourth one is fine for what it is and you can't not finish what you started. It's not perfect but it's fun and you would like it.

When you take into account that the three earlier films were paying homage to the adventure serials of the '30s, while the fourth film was paying homage to the overwhelming popularity of science fiction films in the '50s, it's certainly worth watching for the experiment of seeing how they deal with the changing of popcorn entertainment throughout the eras. I don't LOVE the fourth movie; but I also don't absolutely hate it, the way most others do. And, frankly, as she's pointed out on more than one occasion, she's not watching these movies the same way most of us would. If she's become a genuine fan of the franchise, I'd recommend she watch it like all of us did.

Two killer movies in one week! Great choices. Last cruisade and Master and Commander are among my alltime favorites. I found the last indi very disappointing because of the main storyline. I'll not say more in case you watch it. But I honestly didn't like it at all.

You are simply the most adorable person ever! Just love watching these movies “with you”… I think you would really like “six days, seven nights” with harrison Ford!

Movies like the Indiana Jones trilogy are simply a gift to the world. Stories like this will always be a treasure. They are simple and engaging, good guys versus bad guys, and always will be enjoyable to anyone, in any generation for as long as people have imaginations. I watched this in the theater as a teenager years ago, and loved it. Now years later I get a kick watching you watch it once again! Some day you will show these movies to your children or your grandchildren and you will get to enjoy watching them learn to love the stories. The best thing about a movie like this isn't watching it, it's sharing it with others!

Yeah, you have to keep drinking the water from the Grail to live forever. Somewhat like the properties of the Philosopher's Stone, where the substance it produces must be constantly consumed to sustain life. That's what the knight meant when he said the seal marked the boundary wherein you had to stay if you wanted immortality. The price of immortality was living for all eternity in that temple.

Hi Cassie, I’ve seen this one, but it was a long time ago, so I decided to watch with you and it was fun,.This is my favorite from the trilogy because I love the banter between Indy and his dad. I laugh every time Henry says “their trying to kill us” and Indy says “It happens to me all the time” it’s so weird considering Sean Connery was getting shot at all the time when he played James Bond. Looking forward to watching a movie with you that I haven’t seen.
