Update on the full reaction downloads (Patreon)

Good news! We've gotten our access to Google Drive restored! All of the older downloads are now available again. I know the recent videos haven't had any download links, but we'll update those shortly. We will be using Dropbox instead of of Google Drive from now on, to avoid this in the future.
