This was such a good episode! Definitely one of my favorites! Of course Spike was a momma's boy lol I loved getting to see more of his past and what happened after he was turned. It's so fascinating to me that he wanted to turn his mom instead of killing her. I didn't expect that. I thought she was going to die a horrible traumatic death. Also, Buffy seemingly shutting Giles out at the end. It feels like she's ready to make her own decisions and not always listen to what Giles thinks is best. She has grown so much and I think they can trust her choices at this point.
