I want to get this up fast so I'll keep this really short. I loved this episode so much! It was sad and creepy and funny all at the same time. All of the stuff happening to Dawn was so terrifying. I think I'll have nightmares of that demon thing tonight.

Never occurred to me before, but it must SUCK to be made a Vampire in Sunnydale. There is ONE Slayer, and you get "born" in her town. You either leave, or she kills you. Not much of a great place to live for Vampires.

If I am not mistaken, and if I am, THEY will correct me LOL, but there original idea for this episode included different "Ghosts" As someone already mentioned, Willow was supposed to see Tara, but Amber Benson said "no". Joyce was always planned. Xander was supposed to be visited by Jessie but that actor wasn't available (from what I have read). I wonder how much more of an impact this episode would have had if we had gotten Joss original idea. It would have been hard to watch, I think.
