You may remember (actually, probably not lol) that Daniel Perrin's handler was played by the same woman whose character Spike killed in Buffy S7 - the episode where The First posed as Cassie pretending to speak on Tara's behalf.

Alexis Cardarella

The girl who played the doll Kilo is Joss Whedon's sister in law. Both her and her husband Jed Whedon wrote a lot of Dollhouse and have had a couple of their songs included in the show's soundtrack.
