Life sometimes moves so fast, we can barely keep up. 

Challenges and the unexpected, keep us, and especially our minds racing. 

With all the things going on in our lives, it's easy to forget to hit the brakes from time to time. We forget to stop and recharge our batteries. 

Even with the beauty of the ocean near, I still need to remind myself to sometimes let go of the worries at least for a brief moment and let my mind soak up the serenity of nature. 

But when I do, it is one of the most rewarding feelings, because time really can stand still, if you dare to let go.
