(Note: The plot of this story is connected to the previous story "Finding Inner Harmony" so if you care about plot in TF stories I advise you check that out first.)

Recently, Ryan felt like he was becoming less and less certain when it came to his future.

For all his life, he’d spent his time drifting, moving from interest to interest as soon as he found something appealing, only to inevitably fail and sulk for a few days before something else caught his interest again and the cycle began anew.

At first, he thought it was only a matter of time before he found an interest to pursue, but as the years went by, it felt like he was only finding himself more lost in the massive labyrinth of choices ahead of him. Only one thing had ever clicked with him, the one hobby he had ever tried to get into several times over over the years, always ending the same. Self sabotaged by his own poor commitment.

Athletics and sports were always something he enjoyed since he was a kid, naturally being the first interest he had attempted pursuing. He'd tried over and over, but every attempt ended with failure, only adding to the feeling that he'd become trapped in his own life.

Ryan just couldn't get into the right mindset. He was competitive, sure, but when it came to relying on others, it was all but impossible for him. He couldn’t help himself from worrying that they would hold him back, or mess up in some way and ruin the whole thing.

It was ridiculous to consider really, his mind knowing it was stupid in hindsight, but every time he engaged in sports, he found himself unable to believe anything different. He was his own worst enemy, and try as his competitive spirit might, he always found himself the loser in the end.

In some moments of despair, he occasionally considered that some kind of inner fate had been thrown out of sync and forced him on the wrong path in life, unable to get back on track no matter how hard he tried. It was only for moments of course, it would be stupid to consider longer than that.

Ryan was determined not to fail this time, even when his body was screaming at him to give up, the boy forced to comply with it as he collapsed on the floor before he could even finish his second lap around the field.

"Ughhhhhhhhhhhh... fuck! Of course my piss poor stamina kicks in now... fucking typical."

The boy growled in annoyance, cursing his own lack of energy as he pulled himself up, crossing his arms on the ground while glaring at anyone who looked his way. Of course it was his lack of reliability that got spread around as gossip, not something more positive like his drive and willingness to try new things.

So what if he had trust issues! His friends had abandoned him plenty of times in the past! Why was he expected to do anything different?

“A-are you a-alright Ryan?”

The sweet voice from behind instantly broke him out of his inner rant, a small blush on his face as he looked up to see Fluttershy looking down in concern. She was the one person in the school he could really consider a friend these days, a new transfer student that had arrived a few months ago, luckily right as the bully that had targeted him so often moved schools.

Ryan had never met anyone so pretty and pure in his life, the pink haired girl moving with the grace and kindness of a princess with everything she did. He’d gotten a crush ever since they had literally bumped into each other, and she somehow seemed to enjoy his company too, even after she made some more friends around the school.

He was probably the student she spent the most time with too, outside of Twilight. From what she told him, they’d transferred from the same school, so that made sense. She was the one exception in his usual rule of trust but he knew that was probably due to his crush, knowing he was still broken when it came to loyalty in others.

“I’m fine Fluttershy... you saw all that huh?”

“Y-yeah... I hope you d-don’t mind! I just w-wanted to support you, I... eh... got you some water?”

She handed a bottle down to him, Ryan smiling as he gulped down the cool refreshment and sighed happily.

“Thanks Fluttershy. You're a lifesaver.”

“O-oh... it wasn’t a p-problem at all! I know how s-seriously you're taking t-this training so I knew I had to h-help... even if s-something like this is the most I can d-do...”

He smiled at her warmly, already used to her nervous anxieties in situations like this as he reassured her as best he could.

“It’s more than enough, Fluttershy. Thank you. I’m surprised you came and checked on me though. Aren’t you usually studying with Twilight around now?”

Fluttershy looked surprised at the question, blushing slightly and messing with her long pink hair adorably like she always did when feeling like she was being awkward.

“Oh I w-would be! But T-Twilight’s away for a few days again...”

"Again? Really?"

He'd always found it odd just how often Twilight seemed to take time off during term time, the girl vanishing for a few days almost every month, one time almost lasting two weeks. Every time anyone had asked her or Fluttershy, they always claimed she was just back home for a few days, catching up with dear friends and taking care of a few things. If there was any more to the story, the two girls refused to share it, Twilight just smiling whenever it was brought up as she said there was nothing more to it in a tone of voice that wasn’t entirely convincing.

"Y-yeah... something c-came up and she needed to h-head back h-home to handle it... s-she should be back s-soon though..."

"Huh, just how unstable was your last town? Nice to know I'm your second choice to hang out with though."

Ryan hadn't meant to sound bitter or annoyed, but it had slipped out despite his best efforts of holding it back, instantly regretting it as the girl's eyes widened slightly.

"O-oh I d-didn't mean... I w-was going to persuade T-Twilight to watch y-you with me while w-we studied anyways..."

"Thanks. I'm sorry I said that. Wait, but I only told you about this two days ago. Did Twilight go that suddenly?"

He truthfully wasn't that curious, more desperate to change the topic to anything other than him acting like a total ass, surprised at just how on edge Fluttershy seemed from the question, as if she was struggling to hide something.

"O-oh she d-did! It w-was... real s-sudden... yeah... r-really urgent prin- I mean p-priority stuff!"

"Rightttttttttttttttttttt... anyways, it's almost the end of lunch now. You have maths next right?"

"Y-yeah... and you have a f-free period I t-think..."

It was impressive how quickly she had memorised his timetable, the two of them heading into the school while blushing to themselves as they felt some awkward air between them.

"Sorry about that... I sometimes say things without thinking... I find it hard to connect to others... trust issues and all that."

"I-it's alright... I remember. That's why you got in t-trouble with... R-Rex so much... b-based on what T-Twilight and the others told me I mean!"

Although she never said it, it was clear from her reactions to the old troublemaker being brought up that the girl had a bad experience with bullies, Ryan frowning as he found himself too nervous to hold her hand in comfort. At least she had stayed out of the way of the less than pleasant individuals that still went to the school, rich pricks like Vincent overlooking her due to a lack of shared classes.

“Yeah, that guy really had it out for me. Wonder where he is now?"

"Y-yeah... I think... w-well I d-don't know where he i-is... but m-maybe he's happier now?"

Ryan paused, blinking as the girl blushed and hid her face, processing what he heard before smiling to himself.

"You are a literal saint Fluttershy. I didn't think it was possible for someone to be as kind as you until we met. But. I'm glad there's someone out there who is."

His comment only made the nervous girl even redder, Fluttershy only able to let out a shy squeak of acknowledgement before turning away and muttering quietly.

"T-thank you R-Ryan... but i-it's nothing... r-really... I-l'd better b-be going now though... I wouldn't want to b-be late or anything..."

He was thankful she couldn't see just how much he was blushing too, Ryan clearing his throat before answering.

"Y-yeah of course. I think I'll go to the fitness suite for a bit to help train me up. But I'll see you at the end of the day then?"

Fluttershy could only bring herself to nod in agreement before quickly walking away, Ryan hoping she wasn't too uncomfortable from his questions. He knew how bad her anxiety could be, so he considered himself lucky she hadn't had to deal with people as awful as Rex, or knew about his crush on her.

There wasn't much use dwelling on it though, the boy sighing to himself as he turned to another corridor before noticing something shine out of the corner of his eye. He paused, leaning down to pick up the item, raising an eyebrow curiously as he admired its shiny, crystal like texture.

"Huh. What's this thing? Did someone drop it or something?"

It almost looked like a compass, but instead of directions, there were only some unusual symbols, like butterflies and a sparkly star. The arrow was all over the place though, seeming to spin randomly before settling on the symbol of a cloud letting loose a bolt of rainbow coloured lighting.

It didn't make any sense to him personally, Ryan writing it off as something someone had dropped in the halls as he slipped it into his bag, intending to hand it into lost property at the end of the day.

"Still... it's not really a normal looking thing. Could be for the tabletop club... maybe part of someone's act for that talent show soon or something? Whatever. Doesn't really matter anyways."

He would have never guessed it had belonged to the girl he was just talking to, or that the compass was far more than a random prop or toy. It was something that had been left with her by Twilight, one of many items to help the girl continue her mission in her absence, and even though the compass was one that hadn't lead to any success, it was still filled with Equestrian magic, magic that happened to react rather instinctively once it found something in need of purifying...

It only took Ryan a few minutes to get to the fitness suite, having already memorised the way during one of his last attempts to achieve his dreams, the thought leaving him bitter as he sighed to himself in annoyance. He really did try before, but it was hard to get motivated when everyone acted like he would quit in a few weeks anyways, the backstabbers obviously unaware of the weeks worth of mental build up it took him to even attempt it in the first place.

Thankfully it seemed like the suite was empty today, sparing him from the mocking comments and jokes the last attempt had been filled with. Sighing as he threw his bag to one side, not noticing the strange faint glow coming from the side pocket, or the odd sensation that crept across his body.

"Alright. Here we go."

He was dressed for sport this time, Ryan optimistic that he might do better in loose  shorts and shirt, the boy looking around for what to try first, eventually settling on an exercise bike despite still being a bit tired from earlier. The boy nervously got on, settling on a medium difficulty before starting to pedal steadily.

This time, he was determined to succeed, tightly gripping the handle bars while moving his legs as fast as possible. He was so caught up with the task he didn't notice the rainbow coloured sparks being produced from his movements.

They travelled up his legs, Ryan gasping as he continued to pedal, refusing to give in even if it was becoming a struggle to keep up the workout. His endurance would be rewarded, even if he wasn't aware of it at first, the boy writing off his workout as the source of the tingling inside them.

He had no idea that with every pass of his legs, their shape was changing further, the weak muscle infused with newfound strength as the fat that held him back was literally burnt away. To an outsider, it looked like the workout was happening in fast forward, the muscle in his legs gradually growing, but never damaging what was rapidly becoming a set of sexy, lean, feminine legs.

Ryan didn't see any of this, but he certainly felt the effects of it, surprised he didn't seem as tired as usual, the realisation making him smirk confidently.

"All right! Now we're talking!"

It shouldn't have been enough to make him cocky, but after the failures of before, Ryan found he didn't mind savouring the victory, changing the setting to something even higher as he continued to pedal. He grunted from the workout, his smaller but far stronger legs more than up to the task, their girly forms making his failure earlier feel like even more of a distant memory.

He was surpassing his limits without even trying, the thought only adding to the flames of confidence that had been set in his chest. The boy was working up a sweat already, shivering slightly as it slipped down his form, unknowingly removing his skin of hairs, spots, and other imperfections, replacing it all with a sensual, responsive softness.

It made running feel good, unusually good, almost pleasant, a far cry to the usual effort it took him, Ryan's legs thinning further as the muscle grew, almost looking more like they belonged to a professional athlete than a high schooler.

He knew people said working out felt good, but this was on a whole other level, his grunts sounding oddly sensual when his newly smoothed skin brushed against anything else. His improved stamina meant he had no difficulty keeping going though, the nice feelings oddly making it easier to focus on the task ahead, the sensations only growing stronger as he went along.

Strangely it seemed like it was mostly in his ass, probably due to him staying sat down for so long, feelings gathering inside that were greater than he ever expected. Ryan groaned, his cock stiffening in his shorts as he carried on pedalling, turning the effort setting upwards as he narrowed his eyes in an attempt to focus.

Like everything else he failed to notice the fat rushing in, the mass of his legs finding a new home in his ass. It sent his rear inflating outwards as he slowly rose from his seat, his behind being filled with girly fat that pleasurably squished against the surface.

He moaned softly, rainbow sparks flying from his legs as femininity raised his limits and surpassed them. The boy wrote off the oddly pleasurable feelings as a result of him sitting down for too long, his eyes widening in surprise when he saw he'd been running for almost 15 minutes.

"H-huh? I've been going that long? That's... great! Who knew a pep talk from Fluttershy was all I- cough! Ugh, had something stuck in my throat..."

Ryan dismissed his voice crack, oblivious to the drastic changes that had taken place as he got off the bike, stretching as he stood on a set of muscular, sexy legs while his firm womanly ass jiggled from within his skintight shorts. Upon normal situations, he would have called it a day there, but today, he felt different. It was probably due to his recent success, but confidence was growing in his chest, a competitive voice instead insisting he could do even better if he kept going, the unfamiliar emotion winning out as he smiled to himself, looking around the suite for the next machine to try out.

It didn't take long to find one that caught his eye, his smirk growing larger as he walked over to the rowing machine in the corner, positioned in front of a few windows.

"Hmmmm... this works! It’s weird they call this a rowing machine, makes it sound wayyyyyyyy less cooler than it actually i- cough! Shit, again? This is getting stupid..."

The slip into a cracked, feminine tone for a second time went just as unnoticed as the first, Ryan blushing as his squishy ass made contact with the seat, unsure why it felt so nice as he strapped his feet down before starting to pull.

He quickly settled into another steady rhythm, breathing heavily as the fan blared, the boy burning more than fat as the magic was triggered once more, the boy somehow missing the rainbow sparks that were being produced from his movements. There was a snap from his feet, both of them losing their large size to better match his leg's upgrade, something similar already happening to his hands.

His tight grip on the handle seemed to be weighing down on them, breaking them down into smaller, compact sizes, leaving him with dainty, girly fingers. It had only been a few minutes but he was already soaring past his previous best, the confident fires in his chest burning with determination that made him feel like he could take on the world and win.

His insecurities and concerns were going away with the rest of him, a smug smirk remaining on his face as he continued to pull, each tug removing more fat from his arms, his muscles bulging with newfound power and strength before being compressed into slender feminine perfection.

It had only taken a few seconds for his arms to become utterly unrecognisable, the lithe, muscular arms combined with his athlete tier legs making him look all the more appealing to the eye as he strayed further from his old self.

Even if he wasn't aware of it, something inside him knew it was a change for the better, sparkling with life for the first time in years as it was fixed. It made his brain tingle, but not in a bad way, something about his past attitude seeming off, almost stupid.

"No, scratch that... very stupid? How come though... ugh, I just can't put my finger on it..."

His voice refused to stop cracking as he worked out, the increasing stamina making it far easier than he had ever dreamed, something helped along by the impressive power behind his limbs. The rhythmic pulling was only leading to more changes, his core going through a drastic metamorphosis of its own, gradually losing any unneeded mass as dormant muscle flared with newfound strength.

They bulged with power but like everything else, it didn't spoil what was becoming an increasingly sexy frame, the muscle shrinking to fit nicely inside a powerful, alluring and womanly core. Ryan was still trying to figure out what thought had annoyed him, his narrowed eyes dimming into violet while his eyelashes fluttered.

The harder he thought, the greater the presence in his neck became, the lump inside growing smaller as his grunts cracking became more common than his normal voice. It wasn't long until a surge of bliss signalled the end of it, the feeling of rightness inside growing like an inferno as the sparks blossomed into full on bolts, all of them shining with the bright colours of the rainbow.

Unfortunately it was the same bolts that put an end to his workout, one of them striking the machine's side as the screen flickered and shorted out, Ryan too distracted by his thoughts to notice. He did see it shutting down though, the boy narrowing his shifting eyes in annoyance as he scowled, finding himself more bothered than he thought, reluctantly raising his squishy ass off the pleasant seat.

"Oh come on! Are you serious!? What a fucking let down! It was going so well and everything! I looked totally cool and now it's ruined! Ugh, these other machines had better work..."

With the magic masking the changes, he remained in the dark, save for a stray thought wondering why his reflection in the window seemed off before dismissing it as the glass needing cleaning. He was more focused on the feeling inside, starting to pinpoint what it was about his past behaviour that was bothering him so much.

It was his trust issues, those didn't seem to make much sense at all, sure it was a given that people would have trouble keeping up with him considering his performance today. But why would there be any issues outside it? Had anyone even let him down majorly before? How was he going to make friends if he was so concerned with what ifs that were unlikely to happen in the first place? It wasn't an issue with Fluttershy so why-

"O-ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh~. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm I-I... F-Fluttershy..."

There was a strange pleasure building from thinking of her, the boy biting down on a plumping lip as his eyes turned completely violet, his cheekbones shifting as pressure built in his nose and jaw. His cock was throbbing in his shorts, thinking of his crush making him far even more horny than usual, a small blush on his face as he stumbled towards the chest press machine.

"A-ah... oh s-shit I'm really fucking h-horny now... t-this hasn't h-happened b-before... f-fuckkkkkkkkkkkkk F-Fluttershyyyyyyyyyyyy~."

Ryan was surprised his feelings were running so deep, sitting down as the feelings in his face peaked, two cracks going unheard as he adjusted the weights to one of the highest settings, his sexy, feminine face giving a confident smirk as he prepared to put his new muscles to good use.

It was even easier than before, the boy was surprised that he seemed to feel even better in more ways than arousal, as if his earlier realisation was more important than he thought. It definitely felt like it, the feeling opening the door for a whole host of new emotions that only drove him onwards. He gasped as he pulled the handles together, breathing heavily as he worked out and savoured the new feelings inside. Earlier he would have been satisfied that he was working out for as long as he had, but now it didn't feel like enough, a new competitive spirit swelling inside as Ryan became determined to do even better.

It was a need, a need to surpass all his limits, the thrill of the workout driving him  as his pulling grew faster and faster. The changes ran wild, the repeated pulling having major effects on his body, each push together making it feel like a weight was starting to build on his fragile spine.

Ryan moaned as it grew stronger, his movements slowing for a moment as his sides were squashed into slender curves that made his figure even more pronounced and alluring to the eye. He grunted, his chest rising and falling as his hard cock throbbed within the shorts, the arousal and weight on his spine making it increasingly difficult to push the handles together, his muscles aching from the effort.

"A-ah! Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh s-shit... i-it's getting hard t-to... d-do this... did I go too far? M-maybe it's time to call it a..."

He trailed off, pausing for a moment as Fluttershy filled his thoughts once more, the memory of her staring at him making his cock wet with pre cum. The arousal wasn't the focus though, it was the background behind it. All his life he'd tried to follow his dreams, only to lack any sort of support, not from his family, the people that were his friends or the staff at any of his schools.

He'd tried to find other passions, different things to pursue but the damage was done, the lack of faith breaking his trust in others. But now, now there was Fluttershy. A girl he had only known for a few months cheering him on, supporting him, making him feel like his dream mattered, that his latest attempt wasn't just another phrase that would pass like the rest.

The thoughts relit the fire inside, determination filling his eyes as he returned to the workout with a slowly rising smirk, the thought of his crush’s belief driving him onwards.

"No! I refuse to give in! Fluttershy believes in me dammit! SO I WON'T GIVE IN! I'M GOING TO BE THE COOLEST, BEST ATHLETE IN THE SCHOOL! NO, IN THE WORLD! I'LL SHOW THEM ALL! HELL YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS~!"

If he could notice the cracks from his spine, he didn't react, the confidence blinding him to the changes as he pulled and lifted the weights at unreal speed. His height was crunching away, his body rapidly shrinking into a slimmer, smaller and much more aerodynamic form, one that was free of the poor stamina and limitations of his old body, and made his muscular, sexy form all the more alluring.

His past height was gone in seconds, but he was still going, his restored loyalty making the feelings of rightness spread deeper, his inner fate thrown back on track. He'd never felt more alive or this good, in more ways than one, the thrill of the physical activity mixed with rising pleasure.

Ryan's grunts were gradually turning sexual, the repeated spreading of his legs only making the moments when his thighs did make contact with his shaft all the more pleasurable as it twitched from desire. With Fluttershy and competitiveness on his mind, he only vaguely noticed his thighs seemed plusher every time, both going through the opposite of what had been happening to his body, instead inflating with thick jiggly fat.

It was joined by muscle too, strength built up from hours of workouts just like this one, only adding to his dream-like figure as they grew to the point that anyone would drool over. It made each collision feel more like soft but firm cushions were pressing against his cock, the pillowly flesh slowly placing more and more pressure on his fragile manhood each time.

Ryan had never felt this good, bucking as he came from the bliss and the thoughts of his crush, but still refusing to stop even when the pleasure grew more intense, the repeated movements making his balls edge closer and closer inside him. He was giving himself the best thighjob imageable, pleasuring himself beyond belief while working his muscles to the limit, moaning and grunting happily until two wet pops pushed him to the extreme.

"KYAHHHHHHHHHHHHH~!!!!!!!!! O-OH FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK~!!!!!!!!!! S-SO GOODDDDDDDDDDDD~!!!!!!!!!!!!"

He came hard, his balls crushed as they shot back inside him, his new ovaries immediately plumping his body full with healthy tomboy estrogen. It made him thrash so much that his hips went pop, bursting out into feminine, girly shapes that completed his perfect physique.

It was enough to give him pause, Ryan wanting an excuse to press his thick, massive thighs against his still cumming cock, his manhood feeling noticeably smaller as he gasped for breath, every inch of him buzzing with bliss. He got him with a groan, feeling almost utterly exhausted, something that only stubbornly made him want to do more physical activity, even if he needed to get refreshed. There were some showers nearby, but Ryan couldn't help but groan at the thought, the idea of willingly doing something so slow, dull and boring making him shiver in discomfort.

"Ugh, no thanks... I need something faster than that..."

It was then he noticed the water bottle next to his bag, the same one Fluttershy had given to him on the track, a simple solution coming to mind as he grabbed it, took a sip, before pouring half of it over him.

"Bah! Bad idea... bad idea... fuck, they did this in movies didn't they? Oh shit, and it's all over the floor too! I didn't think this though at all! That was like, the opposite of cool! Thank god no one was around to see that…"

It was something he regretted at first, but the aftereffects more than made up for it, a nice, pleasant tingling washing over his scalp as the water dripped through the strands. It was unusual to watch, the hair not only lengthening, but shifting into different shades that were anything but brown.

Red, blue and green were only some of the colours, his hair becoming the spitting image of an artist's canvas as it flowed down his back, dyed with all the colours of the rainbow. He absentmindedly sighed as he felt it, using a rubber band from his pocket to try it into a sporty ponytail, missing the strange phenomenon that was plaguing his clothes.

Unlike the mess of colours that had invaded his hair, this time only purple was going in, the fabric of his summer uniform tightening as the material turned into something much more fitting for physical activity. Large portions of his clothes simply fell away, exposing more and more of his sexy athletic form, his pants shrinking into leggings, his boxers tightening into panties that were only spoiled by the still visible bulge inside.

He gasped from bliss as his midriff was revealed, his shirt compressing itself into a sports bra with a distinctively shaped window that was begging to be filled. His nipples tingled from bliss as the barely boy smiled, admitting to himself that despite how bad the idea was, he at least felt more refreshed, stretching as the contents of his bag shifted, the spare clothes inside morphing into something much more fitting for his new body.

"Alright! Probably have enough time for one more workout before finishing off for the day! But what to pick... has to be something awesome... something cool... but what to pick..."

He noticed the obvious option as soon as he said the sentence out loud, smirking confidently as he walked towards the treadmill, oblivious he would be finishing more than a workout with the last machine.

"Perfect!"

Ryan's smirk remained on his face as he stepped onto the machine, yawning as it started slowly, making him roll his eyes as he adjusted the setting to the highest it could go.

"Yawnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn... boring! I need a challenge, not something to nap too! Let's turn up the speed here."

He broke out into a steady run, the whirl of the machine music to his ears as he dashed in place, still not noticing the sparks and rainbows flying off his trainers while he slowly built momentum. His chest was feeling filled with sparks though, a nice tingling gathering inside as his nipples ached with bliss, the feeling of the loose top starting to irritate his subconscious more and more.

It influenced the fat to take action, soft moans and grunts slipping from his lips as his chest started to push outwards, finding itself steadily filled with recycled fat from all over his body. He only wobbled for a moment from the pleasure, drops of clear fluid sliding down his slender legs before his focus on running returned, trying not to focus on the way the bra rubbed against his chest or the strange bouncing feeling that had appeared.

The pleasure was unmatched though, his soft c-cup tits rubbing against the fabric with every step, his cock twitching within the shorts, the obvious bulge now a tiny nub of manhood. He had never felt so horny, thoughts of victory, Fluttershy, loyalty and so much more only spurring it all on but strangely his cock was only getting softer, making it all the easier to deal with.

His legs were a blur of movement, his speed building more and more, the treadmill's highest setting nothing to him. His speed was constantly building, the boy feeling like he was going through a sensory overload, the ache of his body, the pounding of his heart, the wind in his ears, and every single spark of bliss inside him.

He could see Fluttershy at the end of it, Ryan suddenly wondering why he hadn't told her how he felt yet. It was hard enough taking it slow for months now! How long did he need to wait at this point? So what if he was impatient? It wouldn't be the end of the world just asking her out!

"Ugh this is why I'm shit with mushy stuff... get me to be cool, sure I can do that! Anything involving words, nopeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Anyways, better wrap this up already~!"

With the last piece of doubt removed, there was nothing stopping him from reaching the finish line, Ryan feeling himself suppress his limits, his speed growing and growing as the magic flooded his insides.

"Come onnnnnnnnnnnnnnn... come onnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn... I can still get faster! COME ONNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!"

He was moaning out his determined shouts, his cock teased by rainbow sparks as they flew off his entire body, his manhood annihilated by his impressive physical form as his thighs sent it edging deeper inside him. He was becoming less of a boy every second, getting closer to femininity the faster he went.

"I can still... get faster! I can! Do better! A-AH~! YES~! I CAN DO BETTER! FUCK YES~!"

Ryan was shrieking now, his cock almost gone, his eyes wide, the sparks flying off him almost covering him completely, but he was still determined to get faster.

"A-ALMOST... THERE~! ALMOST~! ALMOST~! ALMOHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~!!!!!!!!!!! YESYESYESYESSSSSS~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

POP

BOOM

She squealed out her delight as her thighs instinctively pressed together, her first female orgasm the last thing on her mind as something burst behind her, a sudden explosion of speed sending her rocketing forward with a yep. The sparks had formed a rainbow behind her, Ryan slamming into the controls of the treadmill as the machine suddenly went offline, the other exercise equipment shaking like a sonic boom had just gone off, some even falling over completely as the lights flickered off.

The collision had put an end to her burst of speed though, the new girl groaning as she rolled off the treadmill and on the floor in a heap, exhaustion finally taking hold of her.

"Man. That was some workout. Shame that the power cut knocked the equipment out. I was doing so well and... a-and..."

She blinked, something about her voice not sounding right as she pulled herself upright, the magic masking the changes long gone as she noticed her body felt different in ways that couldn't be explained by her being tired out. It didn't click for a few moments, not until she turned towards the mirror near the weights, an unfamiliar punkish looking girl in a sports bra and panties staring back in confusion.

Ryan tilted her head, the girl mirroring her as she found herself more and more confused by the sight, wondering how someone had entered the room without her noticing and why she wasn't saying anything. It wasn't until she looked down that the realisation started to set in, looking down at perfect womanly, athletic legs, smooth tender flesh and a pair of jiggly breasts.

She got to her feet in a daze, the girl in the mirror copying her perfectly as her mouth fell open, the penny finally dropping.

"No. Fucking. Way. W-what the fuck!? That's m-me!?"

For a few moments, she didn't know what to say, blushing as she felt her flat panties, sexy features and soft multi coloured strands. The girl was a bombshell, her body small yet powerful, her muscles doing nothing to spoil her womanly body.

It was undeniable she was hot, the kind of girl the entire year would look up to, whether it was for athletic achievement or her body. Ryan thought she would be more alarmed, but the longer she looked into the mirror, the more she liked what she was seeing, striking a few poses while her confidence built.

"Damn, I look good. No wonder I found working out so easy today! Sure I guess it's a little bit weird... but I had no chance of doing well at sports before! Not to mention all those trust issues... "

She only frowned a bit at the thought, not even feeling embarrassed as she ran her hands down her new sexy curves and enchanting assets. Fear and worry about her body seemed like a waste of time, so she simply didn't dwell on it, more concerned with the overwhelming positives.

"Fuck, do girls feel this good all the time? Boy was I missing out! With an awesome body like this, I feel like I can take on the world! This is way past cool!"

Even after her workout, she was shocked to discover she still had the stamina for more, her new body’s tolerance for speed unlike anything she had ever felt before. She smiled as she sat down on a mat, still drinking in the sight of her body, part of her still convinced it had to be a dream, but her heart knew it was real, the thought making her giddy with excitement.

"Heh, looks like school just got itself the coolest, most awesome athlete ever! I can see it now! The crowds cheering me on! In awe of my pure awesomeness! Winning medal after medal and leaving the competition in the dust! Then when I’m done I’ll go and hang out with Fluttershy for som-“

Mentioning her crush gave her pause for a moment, her expression shifting to uncertainty as she continued thinking aloud.

"Oh fuck. How am I going to explain this to Fluttershy!? Hey Fluttershy! It’s me Ryan, I just randomly turned into a sexy as fuck girl while working out today, want to bang? Ughhhhh there’s no way she’ll believe me!”

Ryan crossed her arms in annoyance, scowling with a small blush as they pressed against her new breasts, forcing her to adjust them under her tits.

“How did this happen anyways? It can’t have just been random, right? This body is so specific after all... it’s like it’s built for speed! To be as cool as possible! Besides, what kind of girl has rainbow coloured hair!? Not that I’m complaining... I rock the look and all... hang on. Rainbow... hang on...”

The colours spurred a memory, a realisation dawning on her as Ryan’s eyes widened, the girl walking over to her bag, unzipping the side pocket and pulling out the compass-like item she had found in the hallway. This time the arrow was pointing towards the rainbow, and by extension her, the girl moving around to test the item as a possibility occurred to her.

Whenever she moved, the arrow followed, Ryan blinking as she had another look over it.

“Did this have something to do with this? I don’t get it... how can something as lame looking as this make me so cool! Who on earth does this belong to though? If this thing did do this, I doubt it’s something that belongs to just anyone…”

She frowned, thinking to herself as she took in every detail that could suggest its origin, half expecting it to magically vanish into a poof of smoke any moment. When that didn't happen she put it back down, opening her bag and sighing in relief at the girly clothes inside.

"Well that’s a relief... guess whatever did this was more thorough than I thought. Not that I'm complaining."

Ryan slipped on the outfit, sighting happily as she slipped on the white shirt, blue jacket and a tight pink and white skirt that hugged her thighs. She finished the look with some blue boots before posing in the mirror with a smile, pulling up her bag and sighing as she slipped out of the room.

"Well, I'm not going to figure out what to do standing around doing nothing! I'll hand this in at lost property and see if anyone's looking for it. If that's a bust, guess I’ll head home and figure out what to do then. Man, who thought being this cool would be so difficult?"

---

"A-are you sure? I'm c-certain I d-dropped it... would y-you mind checking again? If y-you don't mind that is..."

Fluttershy whispered the last part out, already using all of her willpower to not run away screaming apologies, the blonde, cross eyed girl that was volunteering today looking back apologetically.

"I'm really sorry Fluttershy. But I’m certain nothing like that’s been handed in today! I've been on duty since lunch, and I haven’t seen anything like that. I’ve seen some things come in today… but not anything like a compass. I think I’ll have remembered that… maybe you could check back tomorrow morning?"

"O-oh of c-course! Thanks for the help..."

“No problem! I’ll let you know if I hear anything!”

The girl headed away from the reception with a sigh, her attempt at searching lost property ending in failure, the girl still having no idea where the compass was.

"Dang it Fluttershy! You had o-one job... T-Twilight said not to let anything she l-left behind out of your s-sight! At least it was just t-the compass..."

Fluttershy breathed a sigh of relief as she thought aloud, reflecting on all the failed searches she had spent with Twilight following the compass’s directions until they eventually agreed it was a bust. Compared to some of the other items she had left, it would probably cause the least harm if someone found it by mistake.

"B-but that still doesn't change t-that I lost it! O-oh Twilight will b-be so mad when she gets back from Equestria! I really hope I just l-left it at home... I don't want rogue m-magic to make the element imbalance worse... oh I miss you Twilight… you would know what to do…"

She continued to think aloud as she headed down the halls, blushing a little while the students remained oblivious to her whispering. Fluttershy knew she was probably overreacting, taking deep breaths to see if that would help calm her down, smiling as she remembered she was meeting with Ryan later, hoping that his training had gone well.

The thought put a small skip in her step, giggling a little as she focused on them, distracting her from her worries as she messed with some of her hair. She was so caught up in her thoughts she was oblivious to what was happening around her, missing the sound of rapid running from around the corner until it hit her. Literally.

"AH!"

"OOF!"

Fluttershy cried out as she slammed into another student right as they turned the corner, both of them falling to the floor as whatever she was holding skidded across the floor. The girl shook her head, clutching it tightly as she looked up.

"O-oh dear! I'm r-really sorry... please d-don't... don't..."

Words failed her as she looked upwards, her mouth falling open as only a squeak came out, staring in shock at the girl she had run into. It put her mental ramblings to an end with a soft oh gosh she was beautiful, Fluttershy gulping and blushing as she took in rainbow hair, muscular slender limbs and sexy features staring right at her.

"I-I... I-I... oh w-wow..."

She had no idea how she hadn't seen her before, the rainbow coloured hair surely something that should have stood out to her more, this perfect girl demanding every bit of attention. The girl looked at her in what Fluttershy thought was recognition, both of them getting to their feet as she gave a teasing smirk.

"F-Fluttershy? Oh wow I bumped into you again... we really have to stop meeting like this."

Her teasing words made Fluttershy eep in embarrassment while filling her with just as much confusion, the girl still certain she had never seen the sporty looking girl around before.

"I-I'm... sorry... h-have we met before? I-I'm sorry if I f-forgot you! I just t-thought..."

The mysterious girl laughed, the sound making Fluttershy's heart skip a beat in a nicer way than she ever thought possible.

"Well yeah! It's hard to recognise me after my totally awesome and cool makeover huh? Can't really blame you though... I mean I was surprised too! I was honestly going to wait until I figured this all out to tell you though so... surprise?"

While the girl was talking, Fluttershy noticed something shine on the floor, her eyes widening as she learned down and picked up the compass the girl had dropped, the meaning of her words starting to fully sink in.

"Oh yeah, that thing! Yeah, I found that after we finished talking. I think it's what caused this. I was heading to lost property to see if I could find who's it was... now I know it's crazy but I'm actually-"

"Hang on... R-Ryan? Is that... but... my c-compass... you've been c-changed as well!?"

The realisation that had only started to dawn on the girl suddenly hit her all at once, Fluttershy's eyes widening as her thoughts slipped out, processing what she said seconds later as she covered her mouth, Ryan raising an eyebrow as she put a hand on her hip.

"Hang on. What? Your compass? And I've been changed "as well"? What does all that mean? Does this thing belong to you? Huh, and here I thought I’d need to spend all afternoon getting you to believe me. So, mind explaining things a little, 'Shy?"

"O-oh dear... T-Twilight might not l-like this... w-well... it's kinda a long story..."

---

Fluttershy sighed as she finished her explanation, both girls sat on the wall outside the school, their legs dangling above the ground. Since the day had ended, they were mostly undisturbed out here, the pink haired girl sighing as she stroked Angel for comfort, Ryan staying silent for a moment.

"Ok, so just to be clear. Twilight's a... pony?"

"Y-yep..."

"From an entire world of ponies. Where she's a princess. And, since this already isn’t crazy enough, she’s also a unicorn.”

"Alicorn actually..."

"And she came here because of these "elements of harmony" things being corrupted. The compass I found is something she made to help you both find them that was faulty. And according to that... I'm one of the wielders? So while it was trying to restore my element... it changed me to look like this as a side effect?"

"P-pretty much... y-you being one is more of a g-guess really... s-since the compass r-reacts to you as well... and you’re a l-lot like one of the friends Twilight has told me about before... I-I'm one of the bearers too a-actually... "

Ryan didn't say anything at first, blinking in surprise as she processed all the information, jumping to her feet and thinking to herself.

"I-I know i-it's hard to b-believe... but t-trust me... I-I would never l-lie to-"

"That's totally awesome! This is even better than I thought! Does that mean we're like superheroes or something!? Is that why the power went out in the fitness suite while I was running!? Does that mean I get to beat up assholes everywhere in the blink of an eye and say something really cool like ‘I'll play with you some other time’ and-"

Fluttershy blinked, caught off guard by the pure gushing coming from her friend, unsure how to answer her questions while blushing lightly at how cute she was. The lack of answers wasn't something that went unnoticed though, Ryan slowly stopped talking as she saw her friend's surprised expression.

"Oh... ehhh... sorry. Guess I should be saving all that for Twilight huh?"

"Y-yeah... she should be back in a few days though... she just wanted to spend some time back home with her friends..."

"Yeah, that makes sense. Being a princess must be hard work I suppose. Hey, do you at least know what the name of that friend of hers is? The one I remind you of I mean?"

"O-oh right! I think she w-was called... R-Rainbow Dash..."

The sound of the name made the girl smirk instantly, confidence and rightness filling her all at once as she jumped up happily.

"Oh now that is an awesome name! I'm totally using that now! Ryan didn't sound cool enough anyways... so Rainbow Dash it is!"

Her confidence just made Fluttershy blush deeper, the girl feeling like there was a lump in her throat as Rainbow turned towards her, knowing what she had to share next, no matter how much she wished to keep it to herself.

“So. Anything else I should know before we hang out? There must be a ton of stuff you’ve been dying to tell me all this time! I mean you’re friends with an actual princess! That’s so cool!”

“Well... t-there’s... one t-thing... I s-should... m-mention...”

“Come on then, Fluttershy! Why haven’t you said it al-“

Rainbow was cut off as she turned around, her eyes wide when she saw some tears falling down her crush’s face, the girl snuggling Angel tightly as it all came out at once.

“I didn’t transfer here! I changed like you! Before I... I was Rex before all this! I was the bully you hated! I did such awful things to you and everyone else! I was anything but kind! I was terrible! I hurt you and everyone else because of some idea someone else put into me! Twilight tested out a purification spell on me after that conflict we had in the halls not knowing I had one of the elements! I never intended to get close to someone I mistreated as much as you, but then we bumped into each other and... it just happened. I wasn’t supposed to be your friend. I wasn’t supposed to… some days I can’t help but think I don’t deserve friends like you… since I knew you would hate me if you knew the truth. But there. Now you know... s-so you don’t h-have to hang o-out with me anymore...”

Rainbow was almost blown away by the explosion of words that had come from her friend, the girl left gasping as she buried her face into her hands, sniffling as she processed all the information. For a moment she didn’t say anything, gently sitting back on the wall next to her crush before finally breaking the silence.

“Fluttershy... since when did you start acting like a total moron! Is all that dumb shit seriously worrying you that much!?”

“H-huh?”

Her tears stopped, the girl turning towards Rainbow with a look of shock on her face, her brain almost stopping working from the impossible answer as the girl continued.

“How does any of that matter Fluttershy? So what! You used to be a dick. Big whoop. News flash! None of us are perfect! So what if you used to be an asshole with anger issues! You just said it was because of some idea someone put into you! I'm more pissed off at the kind of person that pushed you into that behaviour in the first place!"

She was lost for words as Rainbow continued, the girl not stopping for a moment as she passionately continued her rant.

"And did you really think that matters? Why should I bother remembering all that from months ago when you've never done it since! What I remember is the girl that volunteers at the animal shelter every week. The girl who always supported me, no matter how much the others laughed. The girl who is almost impossibly kind to everything and everyone. Who can't bring herself to hurt anything. I mean fucking come on Fluttershy! You're the coolest girl I know! Surely you should know this already! Your past does not define you. And your past is not today. So don't go thinking about that bullshit alright?"

She smiled as she finished, a small blush on her face and leaving Fluttershy speechless, the girl stammering as she went even redder, the speech feeling like it had broken her brain. It took her a few moments to realise she wasn't dreaming, that she hadn't been rejected for her past, the realisation making her give a small smile.

"I-I... thank y-you... R-Rainbow... I... t-thank..."

Unable to form a coherent answer, she let actions do the talking, hugging the athletic girl with a start, muttering quietly as the startled girl rubbed her hair in comfort.

"Thank y-you... for not h-hating... m-me..."

"Of course I wouldn't hate you. How could I? You're... really important to me..."

Fluttershy turned even redder at her words, giving a nervous but happy shiver as she smiled happily.

“You are too Rainbow. You always have. You know T-Twilight said things like that too before... a-about it not being m-my fault... but she doesn't usually swear as much..."

Rainbow smirked at her words, regaining some confidence as she chuckled to herself.

"See! If an egghead like Twilight can see it, why do I need to tell you?"

"Rainbowwwwwwwwwwwwww! Be nice!"

They giggled together, enjoying each other's company as they looked up at the clear blue skies, hands interlocked as they listened to the steady sound of the others breathing, both waiting for the other to break the magical silence.

"Bored now."

The bluntness of Rainbow's comment caused Fluttershy's giggling to burst into laughter, the girl smiling as she faced her crush.

"I'm surprised you slowed yourself down enough for that. Come on, l-let's hang out s-somewhere more your speed..."

"Oh yeah! Now that's more like it! We can talk more there! We should be having moments like this in places that are at least 20% cooler than this dump of a school!"

Her crush's smirk set the girl's heart aflutter like a butterfly as they slid off the wall, Fluttershy blushing as she closely followed her friend, smiling happily while she did so. Both of them were nervous, and a little shaken by what had happened, but with each other's love and support, there was no reason to worry about the path ahead.

There were many things that needed to be said between them, but the time for those moments would come in the future, for now simply being together would be enough. It was something Rainbow knew for sure, her restored loyalty burning as she set off towards the future she had lost track of long ago, her friends' belief finally pushing her over the starting line of the life she always wanted.
